thanks for keeping count brandi...I tried but had too many interruptions....thanks to those who have been able to sit yet another day and listen to Ms. Finnell and JB.....both almost put me to sleep.   I am beginning to think this trial may indeed start on time.  I had my doubts earlier in the week.
Yes, but I don't like that we may have to go with only 15 jurors. Not enough for the length of the trial, imo.  He said maybe 18, but time is ticking away....

JP wants to start swearing in when it gets to 15, but will then continue on to 18.

I had 16 written down that they have to go through today, by my count they are on #10. Anyone else have a different count?

 At this rate it being near 4:30 Fl. time......they still have 6 + this lady, don't see it happening today, leastwise poor ol'Foghorn won't make it thru the evening!!!!
