I can't stand her and I think this juror is lying through his teeth to get on this jury so he can find her guilty, and I hope he gets on.

I was just thinking the same thing! He is just precious. He has to be the most impartial and fair judge I have ever seen.

My question to this juror is who got to him that his opinion differs so much now.   Im sorry sitting there contemplating it for a week...not buying it.

PJ made a funny and all Casey could do was raise her (well manicured) browes ... then when he says he'd want to be presumed as innocent on that side of the courtroom she shakes her head yes ... but still with the same dumb/nonconcerned look on her face!     I'm telling ya ... she's not gonna look good in front of a jury ... ever ... at all.

I don't know..myself, I used to be dead set against it, but now I think it could be reasonable to be applied
in some disgusting cases.

What he said is exactly what I would have said. I have vast knowledge of this case, have formed an opinion; however, I have the ability to provide a person with a presumption of innocence and would do that. I would force them to challenge me.
