If the jurors are serious about weighing aggravating vs mitigating ... There are at least 4 aggravating ... Caylee's age, Casey was her mother, Casey made money off her death, aggravated child abuse ...

mitigating are -  Casey was too young to make good decisions, Casey had been abused (in any way), Casey was so henpecked/lorded over by her mother she couldn't make good decisions

I imagine many people reading this have been young, been abused in some way, and have been ruled/henpecked/lorded over (or at least felt that way) ... we didn't murder anyone.

I was semi beat as a child.  Parents kept a belt on the curtain rod in the kitchen so it was easily accessible, had fingers put on stove flames if we touched something we were not supposed to touch, had been lined up on wall and bent over to be beat with belt if we were not going to sleep when they sent us to sleep, and basically my parents believed in hitting. I moved out very young, maybe 15, and have not been back ever since.  I only recently started talking to my mother and my father is not with us any more.   I do not hit at all.  But, that is besides the issue. 

I grew up, did not have my first child until I was maybe 32 I think, have 3 children, 14, 13 and 11, and not once in their lives have I even thought of killng any of them. 

I decided at a young age, and I remember making this decision too, that I would not be like my parents, I would love my children, I would try to make something of myself and in spite of them, I would keep my hands to myself while disciplining my children and use other methods. 

One further thing is that my hubby is of the old school where he believes a smack here and there is good.  I put myself in between him and my kids and have had knock down fights with him.  I have told him to keep his hands off my kids.  I have threatened to call police on him.  He no longer tries to even smack them, cause he knows I would raise heck. 

But the point is, some people have hard childhoods, but they don't kill or beat their children and they move on from the cycle of abuse.  Apparently, she did not do that.

Mason absolutely would make me get my azz thrown in jail...I would surely tell him off in the worst way. He is despicable and arrogant and has no social skills what so ever. Heis going to ensure a guilty verdict..so keep talking asswipe!!

I lost my connection, so I'm not sure what I missed, but it seemed to me that the pj's tone of voice was different when being questioned by Mason. Me thinks the pj is not fond of the defense.

I have been on and off all day here (mostly on) and it just amazes me how determined the Monkeys are following this whole week's (sometimes boring) long week, including giving up a Saturday.  It just goes to show how much people are soooo determined to see justice thru and I'm so proud to be a monkey and part of this with you all.  I have no doubt we WILL see justice. And God Bless Judge Perry for his persistance.

#1119, male, 43. Thinks she is guilty, but can lay aside the opinion according to instructions. Has had change of heart on several issues since he came to court on Monday. Two daughters, he is married. Truck driver for boat trailer manufacturer. Sibling robbed at gunpoint several years ago.

While the jurors are sequestered, can they order Coors Light/Miller Light from room service. If I was on that jury listening to the Jar and "Pat" all day, my $30 a day would go towards ML and Ciggies 

no drinking and probably no smoking in the hotel....you would be big trouble!!

Well its obvious that the STATE will have a mountain of evidence and many witnesses and BAEZ is going to have nada. The difference is most likely going to be so startling that it will be like, that's it.

  No Drinking???? if Jar can have his ice tinkling cocktails shouldn't the jurors. I would make sure I went outside for a ciggie or ask for a smoking room.

Food poisoning was around 7-10 today I think.. He was the guy who could absolutely not do DP.

I don't think it was food poisoning at all.  I think the guy had a case of the nerves.

You're right MK.  Once the judge asked him what he'd eaten ... the PJ said he'd just been thrown off his schedule or some such thing.  Weird I thought. 

When you have food poisoning, you're usually sick for a few days, weak, can't get out of bed.

Time for Casey to now go back to her cell and face her demons.  Oh silly me, she is the only demon and in her mind is the Princess, MOFY, blah blah.  I hope she has nightmares tonight, like they claim she has.  I hope that her nightmare is the facts.  Guilty!  LWOP, no Bella Vita, or Death!
