Thanks Sunny, but it was nothing compared to what some children are subjected too and I am fine.  And, in some ways, I thank my parents for it, because I learned what I did not want to be.  

  BBM, that is such a wonderful way to think of it. Too many people would follow their parent's example and you didn't.  I too am sorry for your experiences, glad you got out as soon as you could and became a wonderful, loving mother.

I have been on and off all day here (mostly on) and it just amazes me how determined the Monkeys are following this whole week's (sometimes boring) long week, including giving up a Saturday.  It just goes to show how much people are soooo determined to see justice thru and I'm so proud to be a monkey and part of this with you all.  I have no doubt we WILL see justice. And God Bless Judge Perry for his persistance.

I lost my connection, so I'm not sure what I missed, but it seemed to me that the pj's tone of voice was different when being questioned by Mason. Me thinks the pj is not fond of the defense.

Mason spoke to him as if he was an imbecile and it was obvious the pj took exception to being spoken to in that fashion...rightly so IMO....Mason can't be personable even when he tries...he pizzed jurors off before the trail even starts

Somewhat of an OT question, but I am sure Newfie is wondering the same thing.

While the jurors are sequestered, can they order Coors Light/Miller Light from room service. If I was on that jury listening to the Jar and "Pat" all day, my $30 a day would go towards ML and Ciggies 

no drinking and probably no smoking in the hotel....you would be big trouble!!

  No Drinking???? if Jar can have his ice tinkling cocktails shouldn't the jurors. I would make sure I went outside for a ciggie or ask for a smoking room. 

sequestered...means you can't go outside without an escort and they don't have one per juror....do hotels even have smoking rooms anymore????    As far as drinking....people get loose tongued when drinking

actually if you have 12 jurors + 8 alternates you would have 12 - 8 alternates - 18 strikes = -14

Yes but I think most of the ones left will make it.  I'd say more like 9-10 are good of the 12.

There have to be 20 in total after the defense and State do backstricks.

The 20 jurors will listen and follow the entire trial, Perry will not until the trial is over name the final 12 jurors, this was all will follow trial as if they were on the final jury as who knows how many will be forced off the jury during the trial for whatever reason.

Oh that's for sure!  I'm already risking trying to keep at work as it is, but when I get off, no cooking time wasting whil watching what I can.  I have a few, if others want to add!  Who's starting the thread?
