Good morning all!

I have found a really great way to do my housework today.  I watch the trial proceedings as I dust, paperwork etc.  And as soon as I am sick of hearing Baez's voice, I start vaccuuming.  I glance at the tv and when he looks done, I turn the vaccuum off.

I tried, I really tried to listen to him question the PJs but I can't.    And they  may as well take a photo of KC and show it every once in awhile...she rarely reacts or appears to be a"real person".

Casey's demeanor & interaction with her attorneys is a bit different this morning.   Simms & Finnell passed two notes so far behind her & they do not seem to be sharing that same info with her...hmmmmm
I noticed that she's sitting with her hands in her lap and not picking, pulling, patting, etc.  Bet she's well medicated.

My husband is about 20 feet away from me in the same room and if he asked me a question right now I wouldn't hear him

Finnell looks bored and cranky.
She seems to not be enjoying the judge's questioning.
lol...well he suffers through her questioning.  Tit-4-Tat I say.

OK, despite him possibly fibbing about how much knowledge he has, his answers regarding DP tells me that the defense might use a PC on him.   Finnell didnt question him, that's an indicator as well, IMHO.

Yeah, I agree, and those of us watching suffer through her questioning, too.

goodmorning everyone!  theres no way this guy's wife didn't tell him everything she knows about the case.  i prob wouldn't be able to resist either if my husband was at jury duty for this case! of course i hope he still gets on the jury but the defense is def gonna have some objections..

i also hate to bring this up again but one of my co workers just asked me if the prosecution is def gonna be able to get rid of farmville lady.  it is my understanding that they can backstrike her with no reason and the judge has to allow it, but my co worker said that she thought she heard the judge say that the prosecution wouldn't be able to get rid of her..now i'm worried Sad help! is this true? or will the prosecution still be able to get rid of her?

Interesting question that Frank George is asking right now about watching jurors discuss the case afterwards.   To me, it is a polite way of seeking if this juror is seeking publicity & financial gain.

He had jury duty before but was not selected approx 10 yrs ago.

KC looks like she is in a  robe from a spa.  I am guessing Tupperware lady got her "skinny clothes" out of the closet for her .

I also noticed that Rosalie Bolin seems to be missing again today.

Maybe cause she realizes we know she is doing this for the publicity.

Rosalie is away attending the birth of a grandchild  (gag me with a spoon)

And not one of her daughter's..this is serial murderer Bolin's daughter or daughter-in-law..right?

I would be running as fast as I could for the nearest exit.

I wonder why Frank George is asking so many questions of this witness.
He's really prying.

He's really prying.

He is trying to ascertain if this guy is just looking for publicity & possibly monetary gain.

maybe he's prying so that the defense has less prying they can do and less twisting of the pj's words when they try to get him excused for cause

Yeah, one of my top 10, too.
This guy is very neutral. I can't see why the duhfense wouldn't want him, and if they don't, the judge might overrule their objection.
