10 pages behind..had to go get sick grand daughter so I missed this..did the woman whose mother is an attorney get in or is she out? the one who knew nothing, but kept knowing more as she talked? I can not believe that her mom being an attorney that did not discuss this case somewhere between the 3 yrs to now..jmo

I have mainly been listening not watching a lot...doing chores....I have not thought she has been medicated.....so what are y'all seeing today that makes you think today she is medicated?? I am not doubting your observations just wondering what you have seen.  Every time I have glanced her today she just looks disinterested and chatty with the defense team when taking breaks

The annoying mannerisms are NOT there...have not been there for several days now.

i agree completely. Ms. Finnell is using this as an opportunity to completely manipulate the potential jurors.  it's like she wants them to feel bad and feel like they are bad people if they were to vote for the death penalty.  it's swarmy and i don't like it!

I like this guy..he isn't letting Finnell trip him up and he is sticking with his guns..case by case basis, hypothetical...yeah he gets it Finnell, he gets it.

Why is she allowed to ask about mercy now..she won't be able to later.

that soup sounds lovely..she has some stomach issues and a headache..not sure what is going on but she is laying down watching a movie while I am in here..She is 8 sooooooo

This PJ is 36 and married, sounds much younger...not an insult, God bless
