I perceive him to be earnest and I bet he is hard on himself, ethically.
I may not like him as a juror....but I would relish him as a friend.
Of course, I am often way off base...........that is just how he strikes me.

Yeah..I think he can do this too..I am glad he is not as wordy as the lady before him.  I think he is smart enough to say as little as needed to answer these questions. 

I also think he is a little nervous.  I think Baez questions are phrased to trap someone and he has sensed that..thus short and sweet..no promises he can do the job..and can follow directions..good for the prosecution.
