I want the state to stand up and say the dufense is prejudicial to woman like the dufense has claimed the prosecution was racial and age biased before.

Bozo saying the jurors do not understand.....geesh if the defense team didn't ask the stupid azz questions the juror might could understand. They twist everything a hundred different ways.

Oh this makes me soooo mad.    Lots of other jurors change their mind as they learn more about why age of the defendent can be a mitigating factor and so on.  It is only when Baez doesn't want them, can the answers not be changed.  Mercy can't be used at all, so I don't even know why it comes up.  I don't see why anyone that isn't a minor or so old they don't understand what they have done, would it even be an issue.  Casey was a full grown woman and to me her age was not a factor at all.  A person at any age can be an immature idiot and lots of guilty criminals are.  I hope the judge keeps her as a juror, i think she will be a fair one.

#3119, female, 32, OR nurse, (dept. manager at present) vacation plans. Has two young children. Recognizes Baez from The Today Show.

Defense wants her removed for cause: death penalty (could not consider age or mercy) and issues with the presumption of innocence. State objects to the Defense motions. Perry denies the Defense's motion to have her dismissed for cause.

Defense uses a peremptory challenge.

She is excused.

Summary:

12 PJ's retained so far.

Males= #1340, #1232, #1129, #1019, #1407, #1119

Females= #1398, #1312, #1055, #1319, #1251, #1429
