Considering the elusive sex offender's height and weight does not reflect Clint's changing descriptions of the alleged abductor ... does not reflect the height and weight of Drew Scott ... I can assume that there is no connection to the Holly Bobo case.

Perry Co. Searches For Sex Offender
7/27/11

Authorities in Perry County are searching for a violent offender they say failed to register to the state’s sex offender registry.

Victor George Wall, 44, is being sought by the Perry County Sheriff’s Department for failing to register with local authorities. He was convicted in 1988 in Missouri on third degree child molestation charges.

According to Special Agent Fred Moore of the Perry County Sheriff’s Department, authorities in surrounding counties began checking to verify the location of every registered sex offender in the days following the abduction of local nursing student Holly Bobo back in April.

Wall was one we couldn’t locate, so we put out a warrant for him,” Agent Moore said.
Wall was last seen by law enforcement in June of 2007 when he was released from jail after serving 10 days on a joyriding charge. His last known address was 308 Birch Street in Linden.

“A court clerk’s representative said Wall had not reported to Perry County authorities or any other county within the state of Tennessee since 2007.

Wall is described as a white male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 130 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.

TBI Director Mark Gwyn

Official: No one cleared in TN woman's abduction
Last Update: 4/18 8:34 pm

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Authorities say no one has been eliminated as a suspect in the disappearance of 20-year-old Holly Bobo, believed to have been abducted last week from her West Tennessee home.

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Director Mark Gwyn asked the public for help Monday, urging them to think about any strange behavior from people they know since Bobo disappeared on Wednesday.

Law enformement officials said last week that Bobo's brother and boyfriend were not suspects but Gwyn told The Associated Press that the TBI hasn't cleared anyone, "no matter what their relationship" is to the victim.

C. BOBO: I was asleep in my bedroom and I was awoken by the sounds of our house dog barking.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And what did you see?

C. BOBO: I saw the silhouette of two people in our garage. At the time I had no idea who either one of the people were. And then come to realize later that that was my sister and her abductor.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Wait, in the garage?

You were -- how do you -- when you`re asleep -- I`m just trying to get a picture. You`re asleep and then how do you see what`s going on in the garage? Ok, the dog barks, you wake up. Are you on the same level -- it`s all one floor.

C. BOBO: Right. Yes, we have a one story house?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And you walk into the garage?

C. BOBO: No, I saw them from inside the house and they were outside the house in the garage.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: They were in the garage or outside the garage?

C. BOBO: They were inside the garage.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Ok so as you watched, it was a man inside the garage with your sister and then what happens?

C. BOBO: And then I got in touch with my mom and found out that Holly was supposed to be in school that morning and realized that that must have been her at the house and then I looked back out and saw Holly and a male walking towards the woods and that`s the last time I saw her.

After I saw the blood, I thought that was blood of a turkey that Drew had killed.

Holly Bobo search marks 4 months
Posted: Aug 13, 2011 5:54 PM PDT

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Hard Rock Cafe hosted a benefit concert in downtown Nashville Saturday night to raise money to help Holly Bobo's family continue their search for her.

<snipped>

The Hard Rock Cafe's "Hope for Holly Benefit Concert" featured live performances by Heather Cohen & Stephen Salyers, among others.  The proceeds from the event will go to the Bobo family to help them fund continuing search efforts.

There was also an auction featuring items from Buddy Jewel, Vince Gill and Amy Grant.

Earlier in the evening Saturday, family, friends and supporters gathered at the Decatur County Fairgrounds for a vigil marking the four months since Bobo went missing.

Nearly three months after Decatur County nursing student Holly Bobo went missing, the Tennessee River Rider's Association held a benefit bike ride to raise money to assist the Bobo family Saturday.

"Trying to raise money for the Bobo family. They've got expenses like everyone else and I know they've been off from work for quite a while," said Garry White, president of the Tennessee River Rider's Association, who donate time to people in need. "Just trying to help people that are down and out. There are tragedies all across the country," said White.

T-shirts bearing the favorite scripture of Holly's mother were sold for the Holly Bobo Fund.

The proceeds are not going to the reward fund, but to the Holly Bobo Fund.

D'Lynn Burton, a close family friend and neighbor, helped sell the shirts after working with Holly's mother on the design and wording.

"When Holly comes home,[Holly's mother] wants her to have some money so she can go on a vacation, or just treat herself with anything she wants."

So far 2,500 shirts have been sold at $12 apiece.

It's in an indication that Holly's family and close friends strongly believe she is alive somewhere.

It is the contradictions that cause inquiring minds to suspect that Clint is not being forthcoming.

Clint states to JVM that he was not concerned about what he perceived was turkey blood in the carport but ... according to TBI John Mehr the blood did concern Clint. I can assume that this spokesperson for the investigation derived his words in his media briefing three days following the disappearance of Holly from Clint's statement ... Clint's 911 call.
________

THE BLOOD

April 16th - TBI John Mehr - Called 911

Holly Bobo ‘In Fear of Her Life’

<snipped>

Mehr said investigators “did not see drag marks.” He added she was “not forcefully dragged and she’s like any other victim, maybe complying with her attacker, but she walked into the woods” outside her Pasrons, Tenn. home.

Bobo’s 25-year-old brother Clint watched from inside the home, but did not believe she was being abducted until later. He saw the stranger from behind and believed it was his sister’s boyfriend.

Her brother, said Mehr, “had reasons to believe [the man] was not an attacker,” and did not call 911 until he saw blood outside.

On April 18th ... TBI Director Mark Gwyn made it perfectly clear that NOBODY had been ruled out as a suspect ... not even Clint or Drew.

FAMILY NOT RULED OUT

My Talk with Kristin Helm of the TBI Regarding the Holly Bobo Disappearance
 2:54 PM  Chelsea Hoffman

Today(8/15/2011) I spoke with Kristin Helm of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation at around 12:55 to around 1:00 p.m. PST.  It was a brief conversation, but it was an important one regarding some misinformation being spread around on the internet by certain individuals and a few ill-informed news sources.

<snipped>

One rumor in particular, or rather a myth, is that Clint Bobo and the rest of the Bobo family are cleared of any and all suspicion regarding whatever happened to Holly Bobo.

<snipped>

Kristin Helm explained to me that nobody has been cleared in this investigation. She explained that there have been no official changes to previous public statements surrounding being "cleared of suspicion."

"The focus is to find Holly first," said Helm.

Until then, nobody is cleared. Kristin explained to me during our brief chat that it's important to basically be receptive to all potential scenarios and not be blinded while considering these scenarios. Pretty textbook stuff, and it's definitely a common procedure to keep eyewitnesses on investigative radar when something like an alleged abduction occurs.

In short, I got this information from the source of all sources -- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.  Which can be contacted below:

Holly had been dating a local boy, 19-year-old Drew Scott.

The boy's grandmother, Susie Siglow, told The Daily the two were madly in love and planning to marry, and said Drew was too distraught to speak.

"I’ve known Holly for a long time," Siglow said. "Holly would never hurt nobody and she would never run away from home. She is the sweetest person you could ever meet."

She added, "[Drew] is tore up. Last night was the first night they’ve been apart for about a year."

On June 3rd it was revealed in the media that investigators were interviewing extended family.  The reason?  It appears that the immediate family of Holly is not communicating with investigators.

Was there a falling out?  Could it be that the focus of the Holly Bobo investigation is focused on a family member but ... without a confession, evidence, witness and/or a body ... the case cannot go forward?

Could it be that Clint, Dana, Karen and possibly Drew have not been forthcoming to investigators regarding knowledge which implies that an abduction on the morning of April 13th did not not happen?

K. BOBO: The way I understand it, it`s a Tennessee law that actually the TBI doesn`t have to share any information with you as long as the case is ongoing, so we don`t receive much information at all.

Family's account

The family won’t talk about the case, but TBI spokeswoman Kristin Helm said investigators have gotten this account from interviews with relatives:

The day she went missing Bobo put on her bright pink shirt, jeans and black flip-flops and packed her lunch for another day of nursing school at the nearby UT-Martin campus.

Could it be that the lunch box found 8 miles from the Bobo residence, the blood in the carport lacking a trail and the scream that would imply that that Holly was alive minutes prior to a reported 911 call were all props ... props to further an abduction fabrication that was collaborated hours earlier following the demise of Holly Bobo?

Was the vehicle that Karen and Dana drove away in on the morning of April 13th ... was Drew's vehicle ... was Clint's vehice ... confiscated by authorities and forensically tested for blood evidence?

In the process of elimination in the Holly Bobo case ... did Karen, Dana, Clint and Drew submit to and pass polygraphs.

D. BOBO: Yes, they did tell us -- after a few weeks they did tell us that that blood did belong to our daughter. And as far as the lunch bag found that far away and some more stuff, I believe that was just more likely thrown out for a decoy. Might be to lead them away from where that really went, maybe.

On April 13th ... what motivated the immediate response of three levels of LE?

Contrary to his denial ... could it be that Clint did initially report that he observed Holly being "drug" from the carport toward the woods.  There must have been a foundation that Kristin Helm derived her words from in the April 13th TBI Media Release.

Her 25-year-old brother, Clint, said he saw her walking north, into the woods with a man completely covered in hunting camouflage.

“The main thing with me is, they say she was seen being dragged away. And that was completely false,” Clint Bobo said.

The family said it was very normal to see someone wearing such gear, as it was turkey hunting season.

Clint Bobo said he assumed it was Holly’s boyfriend, since he is known to go turkey hunting.

“At the time, I just seen the two walking toward the woods. He wasn't leading her, he wasn't dragging her. They were walking simultaneously toward the woods. ...."

There were questions as to why so many law enforcement agencies, including federal agents from the FBI and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), became involved in Holly’s case on day one. Sheriff Wyatt said they were taking every precaution that they knew to take.

“At this time,” he said, “whatever it might be, then that’s what we’re trying to prepare for.”

Could it be that on April 13th following the TBI News Release which stated that  Holly's brother observed his sister being "dragged" from the carport into the woods investigators had questions?  Is this why three days days later ... in a news briefing by TBI John Mehr ... the had story changed?  Holly was not dragged from the carport into the woods ... she was led ... she walked.  The implication now was that Clint had not been concerned and that is the reason he did not attempt to intervene in an attempt to assist his sister.

Could the changing story "dragged" to "walked" imply that behind the scenes investigators were beginning to have suspicions regarding the an alleged abduction?

On Tuesday night, Karen Bobo along with her husband, Dana, and son, Clint, agreed to take calls from NewsChannel 5 viewers during the hour-long, live broadcast of "OpenLine" on cable channel NewsChannel 5+.

Karen Bobo admitted she has had a hard time understanding the TBI's initial suspicion of Clint Bobo, Holly's brother. Clint Bobo was the first to be interrogated that fateful morning, since he was the last to see her alive.

Establishing a timeline based on the words of Karen and Clint is impossible.  Why?

Then there is the question that begs an answer ... "Why did neither Clint or Karen attempt to call Holly on her cell"?

Karen said she was in her school's cafeteria when she got the message that a neighbor's son had heard screams coming from their home.

"I think at that point I knew something was wrong because I knew Holly had a test, a big test, that day," she said. "And at the time she came and told me that, Holly should've already been gone to school."

Karen said Clint, who was at home asleep at the time, did not hear screams.

"Well, when I spoke to Clint, and he asked me did Holly not have school today because her car was still here, then I really knew something," Karen said.

He also asked his mom if Holly was going hunting with her boyfriend. Karen said no and that her daughter should have already been at school because she had a test.

Karen panicked, making two calls to the police as she made her way home and informed her husband, who also rushed home from work.

She said when her son realized what had happened, he also called the police.
