The Scream

Considering the changing details encompassing the scream revealed through TBI/LE media briefings/release in the days immediately following Holly's disappearance and ... the family's account three months later ... could it be that the scream may have been staged to imply that Holly Bobo was alive at 7:30 AM ... staged in an attempt to eliminate the family from suspicion when a timeframe was established.

April 18th - TBI Director Mark Gwyn

Official: No one cleared in TN woman's abduction
Last Update: 4/18 8:34 pm

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Authorities say no one has been eliminated as a suspect in the disappearance of 20-year-old Holly Bobo, believed to have been abducted last week from her West Tennessee home.

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Director Mark Gwyn asked the public for help Monday, urging them to think about any strange behavior from people they know since Bobo disappeared on Wednesday.

Law enformement officials said last week that Bobo's brother and boyfriend were not suspects but Gwyn told The Associated Press that the TBI hasn't cleared anyone, "no matter what their relationship" is to the victim.

When you consider Dana's words in the family's recent interview ... words undermning the initial search response of LE/TBI on April 13th and ... when you consider the words of TBI Kirsten Helm on June 3rd which appears to imply that the Bobo family is not co-operating with investigator ... inquiring minds want to know why.

The family won’t talk about the case, but TBI spokeswoman Kristin Helm said investigators have gotten this account from interviews with relatives:

The day she went missing Bobo put on her bright pink shirt, jeans and black flip-flops and packed her lunch for another day of nursing school at the nearby UT-Martin campus. ...

NO CONNECTION

Perry Co. Searches For Sex Offender
7/27/11

Authorities in Perry County are searching for a violent offender they say failed to register to the state’s sex offender registry.

Victor George Wall, 44, is being sought by the Perry County Sheriff’s Department for failing to register with local authorities. He was convicted in 1988 in Missouri on third degree child molestation charges.

According to Special Agent Fred Moore of the Perry County Sheriff’s Department, authorities in surrounding counties began checking to verify the location of every registered sex offender in the days following the abduction of local nursing student Holly Bobo back in April.

“Wall was one we couldn’t locate, so we put out a warrant for him,” Agent Moore said.
Wall was last seen by law enforcement in June of 2007 when he was released from jail after serving 10 days on a joyriding charge. His last known address was 308 Birch Street in Linden.

A court clerk’s representative said Wall had not reported to Perry County authorities or any other county within the state of Tennessee since 2007.

Wall is described as a white male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 130 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.

Drew Scott... Holly's boyfriend ... is nowhere close to 200 pounds and ...  nowhere close to six feet tall.  This is the reason that the initial description concerns me when I consider  ... according to Clint's own words in the July 22nd interview ... he oberved the alleged abductor walking side by side into the wood with his 5' 3" 110 pound sister.

Could it be that Clint's claim to investigators that he observed Holly walking into the woods with who he perceived to be her boyfriend became part of the equation when ... following the April 13th TBI Media Release ... inquiring minds began questioning why Clint did not make an attempt to assist his sister when she was being drug into the woods?

RESULTS WITHHELD

Investigation Narrowed in Holly Bobo Search
Updated: Tuesday, 26 Apr 2011, 2:34 PM CDT
Published : Tuesday, 26 Apr 2011, 2:34 PM CDT

PARSONS, Tenn. - The investigation into the abduction of a nursing student has narrowed its focus but no one is yet being identified as a suspect.

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation spokeswoman Kristin Helm said the agency is in the process of identifying people of interest in the disappearance of 20-year-old Holly Bobo.

Helm said many possibilities have been ruled out. The focus of the investigation and search is still on the area surrounding the small community of Darden, where Bobo lived with her parents and brother.

The agency has analyzed a small amount of blood that was found outside the home, but Helm said they are not releasing the results to the public.

Over 3 months following the disappearance of her daughter Karen Bobo comes forward with an account regarding the events encompassing the morning of April 13th ... an account that differs on so many levels from the immediate TBI media release and the TBI press briefing of April 16th.

“I was in shock, when I got the phone call. And with Clint being here, I know he was in shock. Until you've been through something like that, you just could not possibly understand,” Karen Bobo said.

She said she had spoken with Holly that morning and knew that her daughter had a big test at the UT Martin nursing school in Parsons.

Holly had gotten up that morning at 4:30 to study.

Her mother and father had gone to work, and she set out for school sometime before 8:00a.m. But she didn’t get far.

Her 25-year-old brother, Clint, said he saw her walking north, into the woods with a man completely covered in hunting camouflage.

“The main thing with me is, they say she was seen being dragged away. And that was completely false,” Clint Bobo said.

The family said it was very normal to see someone wearing such gear, as it was turkey hunting season.

Clint Bobo said he assumed it was Holly’s boyfriend, since he is known to go turkey hunting.

“At the time, I just seen the two walking toward the woods. He wasn't leading her, he wasn't dragging her. They were walking simultaneously toward the woods. And then later come to find out she had been threatened. I mean, she definitely went into the woods against her will,” he said.

A neighbor had apparently heard screams coming from the house and alerted the school where Karen Bobo works.

“Motherly instinct. I knew something was wrong as soon as the secretary came to the cafeteria and told me,” she said.

Four 911 calls were made: one from the school, one from the neighbor, and two from Karen Bobo herself.

She also called Clint at home. He came to realize the man he saw with Holly was not her boyfriend.

“I had spoken with Holly, my mother and her boyfriend, all that morning. And of course Clint didn't know any of this, so I knew her boyfriend wasn't here,” Karen Bobo said.

Pretty soon, law enforcement and about 50 neighbors were up their driveway.

A small amount of blood was found near their parked cars.

Why after over three months have the 911 calls that were placed on the morning of April 13th not been released?  Who made those calls and ... what did the callers report?  Why do the official accounts relating to the 911 calls differ from the Bobo family interview of July 22nd (above)?

Three months later: What happened to Holly Bobo?[/b]

<snipped>

Decatur County Sheriff Roy Wyatt said Clint Bobo was the only one at home with Holly Bobo.

"This is according to her brother that he had seen her being led into the woods," said Wyatt.

Clint Bobo thought the man he saw wearing camouflage and walking toward the woods with his sister was her boyfriend.  Investigators were initially not clear about how long it took her brother to realize something was wrong, but Wyatt said it did not take long.

"A very, very short time," said Wyatt.

Wyatt said Clint Bobo called his mother first.  She then called 911.  Soon after, people were searching the wooded area around the Bobo family's house.

Holly Bobo is the focus and ... until answers are forthcoming in regards to the questions that abound encompassing an alleged abduction ... questions that abound regarding changing stories encompassing the alleged happenings on the morning of April 13th ... many will be unable to move past the family in in regards to speculations.  Until otherwise revealed ... there will be skepticism that an abduction ever occurred.

+++++

1.  Could it be that in the hours prior to the reported abduction an act of wrongdoing resulted in the demise of Holly Bobo ... a fabrication was collaborated and ... a staging took place?

2.  When and why did Karen speak to Drew on the morning of April 13th?

3.  Why has Drew's media profile been non-existence since the disappearance of Holly?

4.  Could it be that Drew possesses knowledge that could shed some truth on the actual happenings related to the disappearance of Holly?

5.  Why was there a three month period that the media profile of Clint, Karen and Dana was non-existent?

6.  Why did an alarmed Karen not attempt to contact Holly on her cell prior to calling 911?  Could it be that Karen was already aware of her daughter's whereabouts.

7.  Why did an alarmed Clint not attempt to contact Holly on her cell?  Could it be that Clint was already aware of his sister's whereabouts.

8.  Considering dogs did not detect Holly's scent leading into the woods ... could it be that a staged scream was all about establishing a time frame ... a time frame that would imply that Holly was alive at 7:30 AM?

9.  Considering dogs did not detect Holly's scent going into the woods ... could it be that a staged scream was all about affording credibility to an alleged abduction that was reported by Clint?

10.  Was the area eight miles away from the Bobo residence the focus of an official search ... the area where Holly's lunch box was located?

11.  In the process of elimination in the Holly Bobo investigation ... did Clint, Dana, Karen and Drew submit to and pass a polygraph?

12.  In the process of elimination in the Holly Bobo investigation ... were the cell phones and computers belonging to Clint, Dana, Karen and Drew confiscated?

13.  Why did official searches cease at Easter?

14.  Is there currently a falling out between the family and those investigating the Holly Bobo case?

15.  Could it be that the deafening silence forthcoming from investigators since early on the in the investigation imply that they are focused on a person of interest in the Holly Bobo case but ... without a confession, evidence, witness and/or a body ... the case cannot go forward?

Holly Bobo's Family Recounts the Day She Vanished

K. BOBO: No, she had her cell phone with her.

THE BLOOD

April 16th - TBI John Mehr - Called 911

Holly Bobo ‘In Fear of Her Life’
April 16, 2011

Mehr said investigators “did not see drag marks.” He added she was “not forcefully dragged and she’s like any other victim, maybe complying with her attacker, but she walked into the woods” outside her Pasrons, Tenn. home.

Bobo’s 25-year-old brother Clint watched from inside the home, but did not believe she was being abducted until later. He saw the stranger from behind and believed it was his sister’s boyfriend.

Her brother, said Mehr, “had reasons to believe [the man] was not an attacker,” and did not call 911 until he saw blood outside.

August 4th - Clint Bobo - Turkey Blood?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: When you saw them kneeling down did you think to ask them or approach them? How far away were you?

C. BOBO: No, I assumed -- I was inside the house and I assumed that that was Holly and her boyfriend Drew and he was dressed in full camouflage so I thought that Drew had been to the woods and killed a turkey and brought it back to the house and the two were sitting there over the turkey talking. After I saw the blood, I thought that was blood of a turkey that Drew had killed.

- Mark Furman @ 8:39: “When I called Tennessee, I also found out that the dogs did not scent anything in that treeline where they supposedly entered.”

Could Holly's blood have been planted hours prior to 7:30 AM as a prop to support a staged abduction?

It makes sense that a bleeding Holly Bobo would have left a trail of blood evidence as she allegedly walked into the woods with the person who her brother perceived to be her boyfriend.
