OK - monkeys I am slow - when I commented about the "gender" of the attorney, someone's reply was "It's Pat."  (I think maybe Brandi?)

I didn't get the joke.  can some one enlighten me?

Guilty as charged.

Do the state and the defense have to use all 10 strikes? If not then why are they doing this..I get maybe a few. But why so many got striked? Is it cause to keep on delaying the trial

All I can say is Casey looked izzed and upset when she came back in the room and when they left for the evening..her face even looked red and it was not a hppy face..

The defense is screwed at this point as far as strikes go..the State is holding all the cards now..I knew Baez would go through those strikes at fast pace, what's got 1 maybe 2 left..too bad Baez..patience and impluse control are a virtue.

Foghorn and Biazzzzzzzzzzzzzzz was interviewed on HLN.  HLN is really biased---they are 100% for the defense.

I too am worried about the "Farm" lady.  IF she hangs the jury then the Judge has no one to blame but himself.  I know he knows what he is doing but I am starting to have some problems with him and his leeway he gives the DT.  JMO

Now I feel Angie, every post I've made has a typo.  I meant to say longer, not lucky!  This case is making me lose any intelligence I ever had.

I resemble that remark !  LOL
I been watching off and on all day.. just wasnt signed in. I missed yesterday because my son wanted to go to rehab

He made that decision on his own,, had alot of running to do with paperwork at different offices and insurance.. and a long drive to get him where he is right now.

I was so tired yesterday after dealing with my real life.. I didnt read about the selection yesterday.

he should know all about that since it will be part of Casey's defense.  Of course we all know Baez is a slow learner.

No they do not have to use all their strikes.  The defense is looking for the perfect juror for this trial...and that juror doesn't exit except on paper maybe.  They have now used so many of their strikes that shortly they are going to be left with no strikes and jurors to still interview...not a good place for the defense to be at this point in time.
Verypoor judgement on their part..because no one knows what the next pj's might be like.

We twiddle until 1pm when he has the next group come in.. or take a 45 minute waste of a break for them to come in from where ever they are
