I don't know how to bring a post over from the old thread, but would like to thank NIKKI for bringing up Chiari and so glad her daughter is doing well.

That being said, I had an MRI of the Cspine years ago and found out I have Chiari I malformation. Would have never known, if not for the MRI. Just spoke to a radiologist I work for and asked if that could cause someone to murder their baby, he looked at me like WTF??? NO WAY he said would it cause a person to do that. So that is not a mitigating factor, sorry defence. Find something else for a mitigating factor.

JSM...you have Chiari too? see, I was saying this last night..it is more common than folks know..most of us have the Chiari found when looking for other things and it shows up..such as headache causes in my case, especially when I cough hard, and some other things..

My niece had it.  Both parents are in medical field and it still wasn't caught until she was in college.  Blessings to you all who suffer.

wonder who is buying Casey's clothes? she must be happy that everyday she wakes up to a different outfit..

InSessions lady said last night on NG that the defense is purchasing the clothes.

I wonder who they send to actually pick out the clothes. 

Doesn't that mean that the taxpayers of Florida are buying them?  If so, they better be getting them at Goodwill.

bad juror management judge and what an attitude on her as she strutted out. I wanna punch her in the face...

She must be feeling so cocky right now, thinking the trial is going to be delayed. I think the Judge was expecting this because the minute a PJ is unchallenged, the 12 will be sworn in. I'm expecting more backstrikes before that can happen though.

I hope the State will still backstrike Farmville lady. On the other hand, they have gone through this process so many times that maybe they've encountered this particular type of person before and think they know how she'll eventually vote (guilty).
