How do you know when your husband is hooked on Caylee's case?  He walks in from work and the first thing he says is, Do WE have a jury?

I transcribe for this one doctor who constantly either snorts his snot or is clearing his throat, so much that I literally sometimes feel myself gagging, and have to get up and collect myself.  He makes me sick.

Perhaps the Anthonys are only threatening to trademark and/or sue in the hopes of getting big payoffs the easy, cheap way....frightening people via their lawyer.  No way they'd pay all the fees involved.  Not only that, didn't they try to trademark Caylee a couple years back and it was denied?  

I believe they did.  

You can't trademark or copyright a personal name. They did try though and they don't have a leg to stand on if they start suing people for using the name.

There is something blood-thirsty regarding the prosecutor trying to kill Casey Anthony-Between 3 & 5 kids a day are killed by their parents. Child murder is horrifying-but 3 to 5 are killed by parent's daily-think if states sought the death penalty in all those cases?! Picture the nation's death rows filled with mothers!That currently... doesn’t happen because courts understand the malignant psychological underpinnings of child murders. So why kill Casey? Not to remember Caylee- but to get cheesy political brownie points from Pretty Women Police. Reminds me of the lack of sympathy for Amanda Knox! Want big cable ratings, bash the attractive defendant. So Blink I s this accurate..JP gets x number of jurors/alternates and they go to Orlando.  All hear the trial..and the jury of 12 is not assigned until the time comes to give their determination of guilt? 

NO, all will be sworn in and assigned as either a juror or an alternate.  All have to watch every day.  The alternate will only be used if a regular juror gets sick or something.

Does the judge pick who will be jurors or who will bw alternates before they are sworn..or is just the first 12 are jurors and the rest will be alternates?

Whoreraldo has to  pick an alternate side/theory IMHO to have something to say. To spice it up, make it more interesting, maybe get some publicity out of it, all about ratings.

GDD, I am not Blink, but the 12 jurors are picked first and sworn in, then the alternates are chosen and sworn in. The alternates sit in and hear/see everything the original 12 do, in case they are needed they are up to speed and can step right in. But unless an alternate has replaced one of the original 12 jurors they are not part of the deliberation process.

So this Farmtown/ville lady will definitely be part of the 12 jurors since she is in the first 12 to make it through.  Well..now that is not good.
