Because of my work schedule I have missed being able to watch the past few days.  Wow is all I can say but it appeared to me she said do it too.  Could it be she said do it - meaning file an appeal?

OK, let me understand this ... there are how many media types are there at the court house? Some one had to have seen Baez wealking out to his car and not one of the media folks asked JB where he was going or even followed him? Come on. This is what these folks did to us when we were in Aruba searching..

How difficult would it have been for one reporter, producer, etc to just follow him and see where he actually went? MSM is slipping. They would rather speculate then actually do the tough work and findong out what really was going on. JMO.

I too ditto that! it has to do with cindys  sneaky ways with the trademark. I mean if they think casey will go free would they be doing this?

The Ants have exploited little Caylee's murder for money. They have reduced their 2 year old murdered grandaughter to a personal ATM machine.  They have sold her image to support a lifestyle for themselves that does not consistently include work. They have chosen to attack members of the public whose hearts have been touched by Caylee's sweet smile and who yearn for justice for her murder.

They obviously love themselves, but what do their actions say about their professed "love" for Caylee? What they do speaks so loudly that I can't hear what they are saying.

Personally I think it's some BS stall tactic by Baez

  Couldn't agree more, his not speculating comment is very telling if you ask me.  Nothing in this case makes any sense, why would we think it would start today?  I just can't figure out why Judge Perry would go along with anything at this stage of the trial.  So many questions and so few answers.

Klaas, are we still protected by freedom of speech to say "Justice for Caylee"?  I love the way it sounds but if we can't please delete and let us know.

The Anthonys' attorney, Mark Lippman, said they also trademarked the phrase "justice for Caylee" after everything from hats to underwear were being sold with the phrase.

A cease and desist letter was also sent to two websites selling the merchandise.

So, we change it a little- "Caylee's Justice", "Justice 4 Caylee" etc...

Why I think this is about a plea:

Judge makes sure the defendant is aware of the conversation.

Judge is this close to seating a jury.

Time is running out, they lose their deposit on the courtroom on Sunday (right?)

If Bozo needs to file a motion, he could have done that in 5 minutes on his puter or phone. He does not need to actually be in the county where the motion is to be filed.

Casey looks a little relieved...and then she looks like she's actually for real crying. Like a weight has been lifted, but she's still carrying a burden. She's listened for 8 days to people say she's guilty (WE KNOW SHE IS!).

To assume that Bozo is filing an appeal against the Evil Mistress of Doom and Georgey Porgy over the copyright thing....I'm sure Judge Perry would literally blow a gasket if Bozo asked to stop the proceedings for that. There's a whole team of lawyers to do the scut lifting. Besides, they all know that A) no way could the copyright have been granted this soon, and B) no way will the copyright be granted. This is the usual Scamthony smoke and mirrors. Spinderella isn't getting enough attention.

So, I think a deal is in the works. JMO

Oh gosh ....  So now possibly because of the Ants they lose a whole half a day for jury selection because he is going to write a motion to stop the Anthony's?  Couldn't he have written a motion tonight and filed it tomorrow?  I am trying to think out loud here.
