I believe this juror is gay (not saying anything wrong with this).  I also believe some of his reactions to questions are affected by his feelings about how the prosecution or defense may feel about him.  I could be 100% wrong but this is my gut feeling.

OMG....enough with the mercy, as Casey is convicted it will indicate she did not have mercy on Caylee & denied her right to a full life, in other words STFU already with the "mercy."    rant over but I had to get it out

Well, I hope if there's nothing glaring on his questionnaire ... the State can "bait" him into showing his true colors about them.  With is attitude towards them it shouldn't take much.

I wonder if say the state has no objections, although they probably will, if the duffense will use their last strike to keep the jury under 12.
