At this point, the judge can only push so hard while they're in jury selection.  Baez and Mason know this and their egos are running amuck.

That's why this is so messed up!  Bozo and Mumbles get to have a lot of say in running the jury selection "show".

Hopefully, after this latest discussion from JP, they we FINALLY decide to GET TO WORK!!!

I think there's a lot the State has to consider now. Do they backstrike or issue PCs and risk moving the trial again, considering also that the county is running out of money and only has funding for a limited time so far? Or do they let the jury be seated without issuing challenges, unless it's undeniably obvious the pj can't overcome bias, and risk a hung jury?

JP had to get a call or something when he took that first 10 minute break during the questioning of that juror..I mean he denied it when it was first brought up this morning.

Maybe it was the juror calling him about the baseball tickets.

And now that this has been all over the news and TV wherever they go in the state of florida, all the PJ know what is going to be asked of them, and will be harder to get a jury.

I see no reason why they cannot get this jury by tomorrow close of business day.   The only thing preventing it is if all 15 get excused/PC'd.
Defense 1 PC left
State 5 PCs left

Alternates 1 PC each

I cannot stand Insessions....they didnt name this TruDefense & their coverage is way too slanted in one direction.   Its on mute unless its an extreme emergency from this point on.

Just take her out back and crack her with a shovel and be done with it.

Baez with his "I've only done part of my job".

Yeah, ok!

If this was any of us on trial for this murder, we would have been tried and safely on death row already.

$10 says he is a RSO . . . Just a gut feeling
What's RSO stand for? someone Religious?

Registered Sex Offender - they guy gives me the creeps so it was my guess.

I might kicked out of here for saying this but so be it. I think to hear someone's voice and decide he might be a registered sex offender with absolutely nothing to indicate that and then go on the hunt is so unfair.
I don't know anything about this man but he is attending college to become an RN and while he lacked money to buy gas yesterday, it doesn't make him a bum.  In fact, IMO, he is trying to make something of himself.

Will we have a jury or another delay by going elsewhere?   I can't take this!
If Baez doesn't like what he sees here,I say drag his client by that nappy head of hair right back to Orlando.

This is so not fair to Caylee. I hate this woman she gets to sit here and look at cell phones, computers laugh and smile. And poor Caylee is dead! Thrown away like trash. This is disgusting.

I wonder what happened. What changed between denying the motion in the morning and now? Why is JP addressing the defense's jury issues again?
