Thank you flamom.  I thought he was pleasant to Ms. Drane-Burdick, but there was something about his attitude toward Mr. Aston that verged on antagonism.  It could have been just me, but I got that impression just from hearing them.  Other than that, I thought he was a young black man who dressed well, apparently better than the white folks who have been in court.  Also, he has worked as a personal trainer and is attending college.  I also thought the remarks about shacks, etc. were uncalled for.  But we each must answer to our own sense of fair play.

My girlfriend just called my to say she heard Jean C. on INSessions, say that there are many empty courtrooms at the courthouse in Pinellas. She feels any one of those could be used to continue on.   Wonder if that is true, or is JP giving out a hint of a threat that they would have to go back to Orlando to seat the jury in hopes of carrying on?

Just an assumption but AF & CM  are well-seasoned Attorneys, I don't think they would have Bozo out spitting out these objections, etc. without having something to back it up, kind of putting JP in the hot seat to assure what he rules won't come back to bite him?

Because Bozo is unhappy with how jury selection went and he wants a pool of people he can save and then pick from later on after all questioning is done.

IF they do start over, I would hold to the Supreme Court suggestion of only giving them the 50 plus 3 jurors to select from... as JP quoted earlier.

I am getting a bad feeling. they are going to start all over and Bozo is wanting Miami or somewhere like that and all of the threats JBP made about trying another county and then going to Orlando mean nothing.

I think you might be right.  There are a number of examples of Judge Perry backtracking on his orders.  I think that gives Baez the courage to continue to defy the judge because the judge will back down.

They are so close. IMO they have some really good PJ, if they are going to start over it is going to be so hard to get any jurors with the whole process of jury selection on TV.

I liked this juror from the beginning. Yeah, he was kinda strange in ans. to state, but I liked the fact that his parent had remained married for so long and he was obviously proud of that.
Was more than pleased to learn he is musically inclined. Guessing tho that he is quite liberal....musicians like that...now there are 2 assumptions.
