Correct me if I'm incorrect, they have on challenge remaining.

They will get one for the alternatives.

They can no longer back strike the pj's?

Correct, she is attempting to argue that the process that the honorable Chief Justice is implementing within the Florida State guidelines is denying their client due process for a fair trial.   She is arguing the entire method.   When they went to speak to Casey "in conference" yesterday I saw this coming because they totally screwed up strategically with their PC's (strikes).
