No gas, No TV, No computer but great suit!!!

Precisely my point....not jiving
Red herring Cappy..people down here drive $500.00 cars with 2500.00 rims and live in shacks.. nothing makes sense down here

I call those Hoopty-Mobiles.... Did you know they can rent to own those rims?

I have been on jury duty twice and you see all kinds and hear all kinds of stories.

Juror 3283: 30-ish black with long dreads pulled back in ponytail. Wearing a nice dark suit and tie. Best dressed juror award! #caseyanthony

I hope he's not too hippydippy live n let live to send ICA to the death pit, though.

He could have bought a cheaper suit to save money for the gas he needed yesterday to get here. #caseyanthony #priorities

Does anyone know what this guy does for a living?  TV's on where he works, but tuned to what "members" want to listen, not for employees?????

I was wondering that myself, bet we get that info during general voir dire questioning.

Someone on WFTV said he works for Bay Care Medical.  I remember vaguely someone doing that kind of work that was questioned earlier.  Said he could get by on $30 a day.

But but he didnt have transportation, nor did he have gas - hinky meter went way up along with the BS meter

We heard yesterday that one of the juror's didn't show up.  I guess this is the guy.  And...I guess he didn't even call the court house yesterday to tell them he wouldn't be there.

How can you trust this person to have the responsibility to make a good decision as a juror?

Casey looks rather quiet in her demeanor right now...after the motion (?) which I neither heard or saw...

If he heard the defense's discussion, then he had to hear them suggest this jury selection/swearing in process affects Casey's right to a fair trial-

They need to get rid of this guy.

Yep.  IMO - He either doesn't like women ... or he doesn't like prosecutors.  I'd lean toward to latter.

You can't...that simple.   If he at least called Id give the benefit of the doubt.   He should be excused for cause on that alone.

Just a thought.  Maybe he has access to a car but doesn't normally drive a car to work.  Maybe he normally uses public transportation or bike or walks.

Most unfortunately, no. She is a guaranteed juror. State wasn't allowed to backstrike because they'd already used a peremptory challenge on her earlier. The State's PC had been denied after being challenged by the Defense.
