#3283, male, 42, single, never married, no children, (walked into courtroom this morning before he was recognized as a PJ, was there for ~20-30 seconds of the motion's argument.) Said he was misdirected from downstairs, he says he did not hear anything. St Pete Times at job, does not watch TV. Was on the list for yesterday, says he did not have gas to get to the courthouse. Has little knowledge of case, has formed no opinion of guilt. But does recognize Casey and knows Caylee's name. No computer access at home, work computer is for work only. No opinions on Death Penalty. (Claims to be neutral.) Says he can follow the court's instruction. Would like to be on the jury, said, "Of course I do." (If chosen, he is ready to serve.) Studying nursing in college. Has been a personal trainer, composer, (commercial jungles, film scores and jazz ... none sold yet.) playwright (a play about himself in HS and his girl friend, called "You took my Life Away.") Been with Bay Care Medical for 6 years, in wellness center.


State: Challenged.

He is excused.

I am getting a bad feeling. they are going to start all over and Bozo is wanting Miami or somewhere like that and all of the threats JBP made about trying another county and then going to Orlando mean nothing.

I think you might be right.  There are a number of examples of Judge Perry backtracking on his orders.  I think that gives Baez the courage to continue to defy the judge because the judge will back down.

I agree, as much as I like JP he was doing this way to fast. I get the wanting to get it done because of publicity but the news is never going to stop in this case until the state gets a conviction.

It has been 2 weeks and he is borrowing another county's court house.  IMO, he is not moving fast enough.  They have outstayed their welcome, I think.

You might be right but considering it took 3 weeks to get a DP jury for Couey (sp) and months to get a jury for Scott Peterson a week was not long enough..What happen this news went to commercial. So they have all week now is that right???

How many PCs does the State still have? At this point, I'm not confident they won't be using all theirs as well. And more importantly, how many more jurors are left that passed the hardship challenge?
