Perry came in, asked if the Defense had had time to discuss this with their client. I believe he said yes.

Then Perry recessed the court until 8:30 tomorrow morning.

I am stunned and very confused.

Judge Puts Attorneys On Notice In Casey Jury Selection

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. -- It's day 9 of Casey Anthony on trial and on Wednesday, Chief Judge Belvin Perry put the lawyers on notice. He wants opening statements to start on Monday at the Orange County Courthouse, if the 12 jurors are sworn in by then.

There are still only 11 prospective jurors. They've been stuck at 11 for the past few days, so no one has been sworn in. Judge Perry said they will work on Saturday again if necessary to pick a jury.

Only two things I can think of is that team putz has filled something with the Supreme Court over how Jury selection is being conducted or that she is gonna consider a plea.  I see Mumbles mouth moving as he is going past the reporters so maybe he will spill.

Someone at WESH pointed out JB was not in the court room at the end - sick or fired? it was said that KC looked like she had been crying?
