CLEARWATER -- Judge Belvin Perry threatened attorneys today to throw out the existing jury panel and move jury selection to the Panhandle.

Perry said he would move jury selection to Liberty County, which is west of Tallahassee. He believed the Pinellas County courtroom would no longer be available after Thursday, but he later confirmed the courtroom is available through Saturday.

They are probably filing an appeal

Would they file it in Pinellas or Orange county? We should be able to see it right?

Since Baez wasn't in there, my guess it has something to do with him.  Likely making an appeal, as others have said.  Casey didn't look upset, so am not thinking it's about her.  Baez pulling a last minute delay delay.  Anything to delay.

I did not think she was crying either.  Bobo was not there, one could only hope he was locked away for contempt of court over something that happened during lunch but I know that would be too much to ask for.  I think they are filing an appeal with the Supreme Court.

Well with everything happening I think all that has happen in Pinellas county will be thrown out! They can't throw out all these charges without a trial can they? Will they have to let her go maybe on bail?
