I didn't see Baez in court. did anyone else.

Didn't notice Baez in court after lunch, this was captured after lunch. I still want to know who these two women are also. That is not Rosalie Bolin, IMO.

InSessions said this morning that (the one in the dark hair) is another new attorney for Casey. Dunno who the other one is.

Thanks, Wyks.

Guess we'll find out eventually.

In Sessions pointed out Baez's absence..........

WTH is going on????

I bet they prepared a motion interlocutory appeal last night and JB went to file it during the lunch hour

Teary-Eyed Casey Anthony Leaves Court
Judge Perry Orders Recess Until 8:30 A.M.

Was watching them pack up, (didn't have the sound on yet), wondering where everyone was going.  Watching Casey, she sure didn't look upset to me.

Rumor elsewhere is that that a plea has been made. From http://www.wesh.com/casey-anthony-extended-coverage/interactive.html

Maybe they took bozo's license..............LOL  Where is that new attorney Elizabeth (can't remember her last name) today? Was she preparing an appeal?

In one way I hope she didn't take a plea.  Other than the money it would save I was looking forward to the defense being humiliated and possibly George and Cindy being tossed out of the court room.

I don't think she would ever take a plea.

YW Brandi!

Hey, maybe the dark-haired new attorney is gonna replace Baez?

I don't watch In Sessions where the ramble on about everything, so I am wondering what they would file an appeal on?

I agree.  There is no way she would take a plea.  I just can't see that happening.

From Baez's complaints earlier, Frye's (?) "challenge" and JP's pissy mood, I'd say they are complaining or challenging the judge with a motion.

I'm not sure either, she isn't all the way down the hallway yet, so to speak.  But who the heck knows. All I know is there will not be true justice for Caylee with a BS confession from Casey.  The A's will think they won.  This makes me sick.

Since Bozo is not allowed to quit, what if the plan became for Casey to fire him, letting Mason take over, just as a tactic to delay this trial? Remembers Baez' speech about how he's doing everything possible to make sure his client gets a fair trial? Could that have been laying the groundwork for her firing him and his ego wanting people to know that he's falling on the sword for his client?

I think its an appeal more than speculation over a plea, I cannot see that beeotch taking a plea because her team isnt getting their way with jury selection.   I also do not see the State offering one at this point.

Byass probably broke up with her ... or called her a two-year-old again.

This so sucks!  Will this woman never get what's coming to her?!  (and her family too?!)

 ::snipping2::

It's unclear why they took the sudden move; however it may be related with the defense's objection to the process of jury selection.

Anthony's defense team said it wanted to question all of the prospective jurors. Right now there are about 15 candidates left who could be questioned. But Perry estimated that the thorough questioning of those individuals would likely take another 15 hours.
