I think its an appeal more than speculation over a plea, I cannot see that beeotch taking a plea because her team isnt getting their way with jury selection.   I also do not see the State offering one at this point.

I also cannot see CBJP getting reversed on appeal either so its another waste of time, maybe as grievous as we will have to start all over again elsewhere because they only have a day to get this jury with alternates & IMHO they really should have no less than 4 alternates.

Bah. She did not appear teary-eyed. I saw her smile sweetly at those two women on the side table as she walked past them on her way out.

Ditto.....I did she her swipe the corners of both eyes...but I didn't see any tears, no red face or nose and as you said she smile as she walked past the ladies and then shook her hinney all the way out the door

I notice she's got on a black, low cut shirt, and some different pants.  I think she wanted to look hot for Bozo and then she fired his azz.  That will delay this crazy chit and she can feel good about getting the last "word" with Bozo (after saying she was acting like a 2 year old).  Since that happened, she's been fuming inside.  Add to that her parents seemingly breaking away from her, and she needs to feel "in control" of something again.  She can achieve that in her mind with a "do over".  Bye Bye Byazz. From TruTV: One reporter saw Baez leave the courthouse at lunch. The other defense attys did not. While it's possible that Baez went around the building and in the back to meet with Casey, they doubt it and their guess is that Baez did not see Casey during lunch. Usually when any of the defense meets with her it's just in a room where she is held during lunch which is behind JP's bench.

In one way I hope she didn't take a plea.  Other than the money it would save I was looking forward to the defense being humiliated and possibly George and Cindy being tossed out of the court room.

Tur TV reporting that Bozo left the courthouse and did not meet with Casey unless he snuck back around to the holding area.

He was probably running to get the appeal filed they had at the ready after the "denied" this morning.

That was my first thought too.   

My thought is that Bozo quit the defense since there is at least one new attorney and possibly two.

I didn't mean that Bozo quit I meant fired by ICA.

Mason did speak to her during the recess, however.  IMHO, If Mason, Bozo & team needed to speak to Casey during recess they would have exited at the same door where she comes in and out of to get to where she is held during recess.   I think he went to file an appeal (probably not even written by him).   When CBJP came back he spoke to Mason and said "Ms Anthony" not "your client."   Casey wiped her eyes but it was more her "poke my eye, make me cry" gesture than true emotion.

I can't figure out why Baez would go to file a motion. Wouldn't he have someone from his office do it?

Today the defense sat at two different tables instead of one. That's not been observed before today, for whatever that's worth.
