Tur TV reporting that Bozo left the courthouse and did not meet with Casey unless he snuck back around to the holding area.

He was probably running to get the appeal filed they had at the ready after the "denied" this morning.

I think that's the most likely explanation.

Yep she wiped the outer corner of each eye.  But her nose wasn't red, which is how it gets when she is upset.

just got back..saw the clip of JP asking if defense has had a chance to speak to Miz Anthony..

could be Baez got fired or else a plea..

I'm thinking Bozo got fired cause Tru TV just said the defense sat at 2 different tables today and that is not usual.  Plus, with them also saying Mason looked shaken.

From TruTV: One reporter saw Baez leave the courthouse at lunch. The other defense attys did not. While it's possible that Baez went around the building and in the back to meet with Casey, they doubt it and their guess is that Baez did not see Casey during lunch. Usually when any of the defense meets with her it's just in a room where she is held during lunch which is behind JP's bench.

Maybe Baez didn't come back from lunch on some trumped up excuse. I seem to recall from a prior time when he was late, that voire dire had to wait until lead attorney was present.

Why does this article say they "tradmarked" Caylee Anthony and Justice for Caylee, when they just applied?  Why doesn't WFTV check it's facts better? 

Casey's parents, George and Cindy Anthony, have trademarked the name Caylee Anthony, in order to stop companies from selling merchandise.

The Anthony’s attorney, Mark Lippman, said they also trademarked the phrase "justice for Caylee" after everything from hats to underwear were being sold with the phrase. A cease and desist letter was also sent to two websites selling the merchandise.

For anyone who saw my " Caylee 2005-2008" keychain on Nancy Grace last night.......I created the keychain, bumper sticker, & T-Shirt for myself. I had no intentions of making any $$$ from them. Since I got a call from a friend of mine who noticed "my" keychain as an example of some money grubbing POS trying to profit from the death/murder of a child (Caylee) this morning, I went to the website to check my "profits".
I made $1.98 in earnings since 2009, which I've never collected, it's still in the website's account........so sue me Cindy for $1.98 beotch!!!


They were available for purchase this morning, but I just checked my products history a few minutes ago, and all have been removed except the T-Shirt that says "Casey Anthony=Zanny the Nanny".

I am thinking back over this - if it was an appeal the judge would not have said we will be back at 8:30 in the morning because he would not know how long it would take for an appeal to be ruled on.

Wonder if something happened to one of the Anthonys?

As of right now, nothing has been filed with the courts.
