OK, I can breathe again. I trust BIll Scheaffer, so if Baez is sick, and they have every right to wait on him, so be it. However, I'd like to know if that ties in with Mason talking with Casey or not.  Could be, I guess.

I feel sorry for the jurors who were to return today at 1:30p.  Bet they will be pizzed when they get there and find out... go home.  Hopefully the Judge was able to have someone contact them before they left for court.

Staff at the Clearwater facility worked quickly and were able to free up the courtroom, making it available Friday and Saturday.

“If a jury is seated, opening statements will be heard on Monday at 9 a.m. at the Orange County Courthouse,” said the judge.

Perry may have created the current situation. By putting undue pressure on both parties during the past nine days to select a jury, and by allowing backstrikes, he created a situation where it might seem almost impossible to pick a jury with the proper number of alternates.

Only 70 jurors are left in the pool to chose from, and new hardships may start showing up as more time passes. In just the last two days, five jurors developed new hardships after passing the first round of questioning.

Perry pleaded with the defense to help find an acceptable way to pick a jury before Thursday’s deadline.

Baez maintained his objection that the current procedure violates Anthony’s due process, but also remained sympathetic to the judge.

“When I took on the responsibility of Ms. Anthony’s case, I gave her my word that I would do everything that I possibly could to defend her,” Baez said. “Part of that is, trying to insure that she gets a fair and impartial jury.”

Thanks Trimm..All I can say is Judge Perry is pizzed..and he should be..whatever the DT hold up is now..an appeal will not fly.  Perry does know what he is doing..and he knows how the  Chief Justice's think and react..he has told them that before..if it is an appeal..then here comes another denial.

If she was going to plea..it wouldn't be now.  They would wait until jury was completely selected and then request a plea deal.

I don't see her pleaing at this point..she loves the celebrity..and I am sure she knows this trial is going to be bigger then OJ's in the eyes of the media..and the slore never met a camera she didn't like.

As of right now, nothing has been filed with the courts.

I have no idea what is going on but I don't understand why Bozo being sick would make CJBP angry unless he thinks Bozo is faking it.  Then I'm sure he would be pizzed.

I am just sick over this.  I am crying.  I don't know what is going on but I DO know that it delays Justice for Caylee.  Whether it is a plea or an appeal, it seems that we will never get to the end of this.

OK, did CJBP come back in to state that the location was not at issue beyond tomorrow, reason I'm asking is I missed a bit late morning into the beginning of lunch recess but read that he did announce that.  If he did we might omit this possibility but if he didnt could  Bozo be using illness for all its worth to cause a delay to this trial since he knows this location is on borrowed welcome?

I'm thinking Bozo got fired cause Tru TV just said the defense sat at 2 different tables today and that is not usual.  Plus, with them also saying Mason looked shaken. 

The main lawyers sat at the same seats and table they have been sitting at for days.

In order: Baez, Mason, Finnell, Casey and Dorothy Sims.

they were talking about the cafeteria....usually they all sat at the same toable..today they sat at 2 different tables.
