Hello all monkeys   

I was just re-watching these proceeding (as I feel let down from this morning’s sequences...lol)   

And as I was watching this part I actually watched BHW intensely and I would really like to get the smart monkey's opinion..

Starting at 3:11 until JP returns (around 11:42) there is some major discussion going on. You can see BHW's forehead crease and she gets quite intense and looks as though she is about to cry. Is there something big going on? I would love everyone's impression here..

Bozo gave a statmemt that it was do to a private matter and they are continuing in the morning.So no plea no appeals

Maybe he just found out his wife has thrown all his stuff out on the lawn and changed the locks

Haha that is what I thought to myself lol divorce

I always wonder if/how much this case has affected their lives/marriage.

Have no idea what happened, but suspect it was due to jury selection procedure. So could for once Judge Perry be wrong and the defense right?

Ironically named, Perry v. State, 675 So. 2d 976 (Fla. 4th DCA 1996), might hold the answer.

We find that the court did abuse its discretion in this case when it terminated voir dire before defense counsel had an opportunity to question all of the jurors individually. A number of factors have led us to this conclusion.

IMO, if JB has all this time to watch news reports, read blogs and report back a request to end the speculation, he should be in court seating jurors.  Oh sure Jose, let me get right on that for you! Mums the word, I promise.

OT - The previously unidentified little boy  found dead along the road in Maine has been identified as Camden Pierce Hughes, aged 6.  RIP Camden.

I'll speculate all I want -- the "private matter" is just that -- a plea deal. There is no way they can say that is what it is (or any different statement about jury selection tomorrow). If it gets out they are seeking a plea and can't get agreement from the State -- they have admitted publicly she is guilty and then they are really cooked.

Question: What is up with the way Casey holds her hands and lower arms when she walks in and out of court? She's got the hands clenched and acts like she wants to avoid touching anything until she is sitting down at the defense table.
