Mildred Patty Baena had an obsession with Shriver and wanted to look just like Maria -- even putting on her clothes and jewelry as well as sharing intimate moments with  ::snipping2::, TMZ reported today.

Baena, 50, once even bragged that she was "more of a wife to Arnold than Maria" because she was always there for him, the site reported.

A source said Shriver once noticed that a piece of jewelry was missing and interviewed the staff about it, TMZ reported.

'cause, she left in January?  This story has broke just recently, so what is the "real story" behind the story?
