Couldn't sleep again..I think it was Loca that said we should sue for having to put up with loss of sleep in such just because WE care so much for Caylee that even in my sleep I'm running a mile a minute.  This point I think staying up waiting for court is better off cause of the dreams I may have just might be of wringing Casey neck after all this speculation going on.  I have a Keurig for our Monkeys are guaranteed to get a fresh pot to keep both of your eyes open for court today! IF I do crash out at least I know that you all will have my back and post the daily happenings! "Justice For Caylee"(eat that Anthony's)

Anthony’s lead attorney, Jose Baez, had expressed concern for diversity makeup on the most recently assembled jury panel.  Judge Perry countered that a Clearwater homeless facility could be canvassed for valid driver’s license holders.  Baez agreed to Perry’s unusual but resourceful idea.

Perry said that if needed, they would continue to use the Pinellas County courtroom through Saturday for jury selection. But he was emphatic about having attorneys deliver their opening statements Monday in Orlando, if the jury is seated.

There are about 15 prospective jurors left to be questioned, and the defense team has one peremptory strike remaining.

The hearing is slated to begin at 8:30 a.m. Check back for updates.
