kc "reacts" to PJ3175 saying " i firmly believe that she's guilty".

What the still picture doesn't show is her scribbling maniacally on her pad.  They should have a camera above the pad so we can see the pretty drawings I'm sure she's drawing.  They're pro bono, so I'm sure it's not in the budget, but I bet little Miss Casey of the so-young-age-thus-mitigate would probably love a set of crayons (and probably throw a stinking blue-faced fit if she doesn't get the 76-piece box).  Then maybe she'll stop glaring at everyone like she wants to do to them what she did to Caylee.
She learned this behavior from her mother -- avoid acknowledging the situation and it does not exist.

No one heard LDB talk about a problem with seat #30?  I am so confused, JP and her talked about it back and forth at the end of the trial. hmmmmmm

Am I hearing things or do I just want Farmville lady gone so badly, I thought I heard it?  I will find the time on a tape, when they post it and ask again.
I heard something, but didn't catch it all because of the sound.  She was warning the judge that it was a potential issue that might come up tomorrow.  Also  something about a form to be filled out before the issue could be addressed?  Sorry, I wish I could be more helpful.  At least now you know you weren't hearing things

How long ago was it that the defense plopped 3,000 pages of information on Jeff Ashton's chair without any warning? Only a few weeks ago. They have been doing sh*t like that from the start. And now they want the State to play nice with them and do them some favours??? HA!!! Payback's a b*tch, isn't it?

This is one of the things about the justice system I hate.  We find her guilty, seh gets Life w/o parole, let's just say.

Then, zillions of Bozo-like people try to get her case appealed and we have to worry the hoebag will get out.  How long before we are finally sure she will stay where she is?

Not long..inmates on LWOP  do appeal..but only within the first few years usually.  And not as frequesntly as DP inmates.  DP inmates appeal as many times as they can before they are executed.  They usually are on death row in Florida for 12 years, iirc,..and due to their various appeals cost Florida millions of dollars per DP inmate each year..

If you look at this psychologically it gives you an insight into his world view.  He, like KC, is extremely self-absorbed.  He doesn't care that his hearing impairment causes others to have to repeat themselves.  In fact, some people ask others to repeat things, just so they can "control" the conversation.  Sometimes this is used as a ploy because people who are continually asked to repeat things begin to have less confidence in what they are saying and can be manipulated by the other party.

Wow, thanks so much.  I just went to the tapes of the trial for today and went all the way to the end but it was cut off.  I still haven't found it but at least now I know I am not completely crazy.

It was a J&S (judgement and sentence) on one of the possible jurors and may preclude them from serving but don't have the every thing yet.

Mary Ann, this post is amazing.  Your right, not a single one, the closest anyone came is the one lady who was praying for her.  Just think about how many said absolutely guilty?

Isn't that ridiculous, being an attorney and all?

Judge Plans To Swear In Casey Jury On Friday
Posted: 6:20 am EDT May 19, 2011Updated: 7:02 pm EDT May 19, 2011

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. -- A jury may finally be sworn in on Friday for Casey Anthony's murder trial. However, it may not be the jury that her defense team was hoping for.

Thursday marked the tenth day of jury selection. Currently, there are 16 jurors that are still on the panel, 9 women and 7 men. Perry wants the case back in Orlando for opening statements by Monday morning.

So, after all that earlier about who's a Spinner, it looks like it's really Baez!

LKB is in town, they just showed her on HLN

Well that makes perfect sense.  She's here to coach Baez and Simms on questioning.

That's why he wants to know order of witnesses..because the fool is still preparing for the trial and needs to know which work to get done now and which can slide.
I hope they do not accommodate him.  He's probably going to get LKB to help a lil' digit out.

LKB is not in Orlando, she said she is in NY during the interview on HLN

Thanks for the info she is in NYC.  But don't you think she is still on skype with Baez and Simms to coach them?

I still say Baez is not ready for trial to the extent he needs to have the witness list in order of being called..that just sounds like slacker language to me.
Skype?  he doesn't even have his files "digit"ized - how could he skype?
