I thought that it did have to be unanimous..
at any rate, I really like him too...hope that he can stay...LWOP will be good enough for me..prefer death but just so she is found guilty will work for me

As evidenced by both of you in caring so much for the missing children on SM! I was just lining up what has been hypothetically suggested as the perfect juror for the State vs. the Defense. Remembering you two, I feel better! Thanks!

Maybe it is a good thing. the pills mask her true feelings real emotions. The jury will see her sitting their like a cold empty shell..

#3016, male, has no children, has 2 dogs, Labs, believes she is guilty, can lay aside his opinion. He is a teacher, PE and Health for 10th Graders, 15 years. Taking online classes for Masters, in Special Education. No opinion on the Death Penalty, says he could consider it, but it would be, "tough." Would not have a problem recommending LWOP. Questionnaire update: His Uncle was in the FBI in NY, transferred to Miami, now retired (~5 years ago.) His house was broken into ~3 years ago.

Summary:

Defense: No challenge

State: No challenge

He is retained.
