YEAH!!! Trial WILL be able to start on Monday!!! And ICA will be getting her JUST reward for MURDERING her Precious little Caylee!! I hope for the DEATH penalty but can live with LWOP!!!!

I doubt KC will be able to hold it together during opening statements...I hope JA opens for the prosecution, Skanky definitely has a strong dislike for him....hehehe

I don't get it! law is the law how does it change each day? Maybe he spoke wrong that means 10 more challenges.

I would change " I can't judge people", Farmville lady    for teacher who has a hard time with the DP, right now if I could.  He sounds like he can be reasoned with and he will understand the testimony.  I still think she is gonna be a big problem and should of been let go in the hardship for religious cause round.

Cannot use left over challenges for use on an alternate.

You will get one challenge to use on an alternate.

So does that mean one strike per alternate?

I have no clue that is what I thought they had 1 for alternates. But now he said if I chose 5 or 6 alternates then you will have 5 challenges. ugh i have no clue

yea im sure he is reading case law and stuff during comfort breaks and just wants to make sure the record is protected for appelate issues.  it's frustrating but it is his job and i believe the good judge wants to see justice for caylee as well.

So in reality every alternate could be struck?  We will be here all summer

yea im sure he is reading case law and stuff during comfort breaks and just wants to make sure the record is protected for appelate issues.  it's frustrating but it is his job and i believe the good judge wants to see justice for caylee as well.
