Jurors were excused to go to lunch and asked to return back.

4083 the AWOL attorney never came back

No one has seen him since.  JP ruled to show cause.  Court has been advised to contact him and tell him to show up this afternoon and explain to JP what happened or JP will have the Sherriff pick him up

Can anyone remember watching a jury selection process for a death penalty trial in the past where the defendant was smiling and giggling half the time? Not sure if OJ's jury selection was televised, but I bet he at least had a sourpuss face the whole time. Just sayin.

Guess Casey isn't allowed pens anymore. She's driving me nuts with her scribbling and erasing.....

Is it wrong of me to hope she slips and pokes her eye out with that dam* pencil?

I think it is a calculated error for them to allow to act as if she is a legal secretary/paralegal during her own trial to this extent.  It doesnt read that she feels she is innocent, let's put it that way.
KC's first, only and last real job...unless you count the fake job she had at Universal

Just as I figured, he's getting a contempt of court charge
