#3131 (cause, guilty, cannot lay opinion aside)

retained:

8 PJ's (from a pool of about 30) brought in and retained for later questioning tomorrow.

We are on General voir dire with #3093.

Two more left to question today.

Seriously, if you were a pt juror coming in and saw her sitting at the defense table, confering with the attorneys, taking notes, wouldn't you wonder why she was so familiar/friendly with them?

They are just trying to give her something to do so she doesn't look like the nutjob she is by wringing her hands like a mad scientist.

Yup...Imagine a FL jury would have no problem handing a DP sentence to a skanky ho that killed her baby...

Is it that she doesn't understand the questions or what?  Some of her answers are so far afield from the questions. ... or she goes in such a round about way to answer them ...  I can't figure her out.
