If the case did get to a jury, Pipitone asked Mason if he thought her attorneys would put her on the stand.

"Knowing what I know at this time, there's not a snowball's chance you know where I put her on the witness stand," Mason said.

"Why is that?" Pipitone said.

"Well, because there's so much to cross-examine her about," Mason said.

If that happens...may as well put a hang man's noose above the stand, stick her neck in as they "swear" her in, and as she sits down to tell her lies...she'll hang herself.

I know I have read these before, but I am bored, so rereading some evidence, and I do not believe I have ever read where the PI and his psychic lady friend thought that that lady murdered by the rapist somehow saw Caylee being taken and that is why she was murdered.  Psychos.  They are discussing how if DNA is in KCs trunk it is probably this murdered lady's DNA.

Oh my you started me back on this tangent of mine again. I have always felt the counselor at UCF, Nicole Ganguzza who was murdered in that park had a connection to KC. Her office was broken into a few days before with the computer stolen and then she was murdered. They found a phone part under her car and a tennis shoe. I have always wondered if that was the counselor Cindy was seeing and KC got wind of it. They did find a black baseball cap and the back of a "blackjack" cell phone charger near Nicole's body:

They said at first it might have been some homeless person, but then they said the stabbing was so ferocious and brutal it had to be personal. One of the interesting things which came out at the time that many of the wounds were upward. That usually indicates someone smaller did the stabbing. The victim was 5'7" tall. I will have to say Nicole Ganguzza's murder still bothers me due to Casey's many references to Blanchard Park during the time frame of Caylee's disappearance, but before she was reported missing.

It was also releases that chloroform was found at that crime scene as well. To me the pictures I have seen of Nicole Ganguzza fits almost perfectly the descriptionh that KC gave of Zeneida. She was murdered on the 10th if June and I have always wondered if maybe Caylee saw what happened and started talking about it. Maybe she told Cindy the night of the big fight...........we will never know now. I have just always felt those cases were connected.

Turbo~ wouldn't that be something if they were connected?  Nothing would surprise me at all about what casey is capable of, I do believe with my soul that she planned on murdering her parents so a prior kill would give her the bravado to do it again. Casey sure seems like the poster child for a sociopathic killer who would feel  within her right to mow down any person interferring in her world. There has been an enormous amount of weird coincidences in this case, maybe a lot of them are not coincidences at all but the very calculated plans of a brazen killer who happened to get caught. I wonder if Yuri M has ever looked into the possibility?
