Is it my imagination or did ICA have a delayed reaction to this woman's "outburst".  I know I can be overly skeptical, but perhaps this woman was only upset at being caught.

Actually I have delt with bipolar and individuals on methodone ... I don't think she is acting. This is what happens when one goes off meds. She really does have a disability and is way mentally challenged.
