Dr.  Vass's work is nothing more than an experiment.  Can not find a single person in the ENTIRE world that will agree with his theories

IT will be long , drawn out and boring

This scientist is somewhat of an inventor

He invented a sniffer machine to sell LE

He stands to make milllions and millions and has an inherent byass in his testimony

He wants to put electronic leashes on flies and can find hidden graves with a coathanger

He inserts the concept of boring, hoping that it sticks in the jury's head so that they turn out the scientist when he comes up.

That being said, if the jury can sit through this chit, they can sit through anything!!

George is NOT Caylee's father!  He was tested as well as LA.

Hi all.  I can't believe the defense theory.  Found this tanscript back from 2008 where Baez tells JVM that Caylee's father died in car crash over a year ago (prior to 2008).

I wouldn't put too much stock in GA not being Caylee's father yet. LE has NEVER said he was not.

They searched all her shoes to see if they matched soil on suburban  - negative

They took textile fibers and compared to the car and the home - no match

They took the duct tape and it had no fingerprints

One of the easiest way to lift fingerprints is off of duct tape

They searched duct tape for DNA, no DNA of Casey or Caylee

Actually, I have changed my opinion. I did used to think it was possible it was an accident until I heard about the neck-breaking Google searches. Now I think it might have been premeditated.

Only in that I thought if George was the father this whole case would make more sense.  Now, I don't really care if she was molested.

If he were, it would. But I think they proved he wasn't the father. I am sure the state will bring that to light. If not, then yes, it could be a problem getting a conviction.

I don't know how the body got from the pool accidend to the woods either or how she wound up in a swamp, duct taped, in double plastic bags.

All of that above, is what I think will make the jury disbelieve the abuse allegations.  You put forth one ridiculous scenario and the others are harder to believe.  He should have stuck with the abuse.
