In Session is oooohing and ahhhhing over Baez's performance, I feel physically ill.  My husband who keeps saying this could be a hung jury, has been shushed so many times, he finally went to another room.

Caylee's little voice won't be denied, don't lose hope monkeys, this is going to be a long trial.........there is so much evidence that can't be explained away.

Yeah, it's kind of funny that Casey could only tell part of the big family secret, Lee, and then goes onto state that MAYBE George MIGHT have done the same.   If you're going to let out the big bad secret, tell the secret.

Baez will go down in history as the first Hispanic lawyer whose total defense came from low-life bloggers.

Problems with defense

Plant growth proves Caylee was in those woods for months, flooding prevented her being found
Doesnt explain how Kronk would have gotten into Casey's locked trunk
Cindy's argument with Casey over stealing from her grandparents Father's day evening, the night before Caylee's murder....on and on

While Insessions & HLN hails Bozo as "seasoned" due to his opening, I say it was an act of desperation & shows the depth of evil & disregard their client actually has toward humanity, especially Caylee.

Too many holes in this stupid bullchit story.  Please tell me these jurors are not that stupid.  I really think they read here, we had the pool story theory a long time ago.  I thought she drown while evil  horseface held her under.

Well, what worries me is that one juror who said she doesn't like to judge anybody.  This could be the straw that broke the camel's back because the prosecution and the defense's stories are so different now.

Cindy didnt seem too disturbed about the whole thing as far as what they say George and Lee did to her and about how George knew that Caylee was dead and had carried her...what is going on....do you think GA will stop at nothing to get her off even saying it was an accident even though it wasnt...do you think he will lie on the stand

With Bobo saying Geo was handing out posters and collecting money to search for the granddaughter he knew was already dead....does this not also through KFN under the bus?  Is there any room under that darn bus?

What about the CMA foundation looking for donations if they KNEW Caylee was dead.  Can the IRS or some other gov't agency not shut them down and take away all the donations that were made?

We had that Caylee drowned  and then GA was holding her.  Then the meter reader put her where she was.  HMMMM!  So how did the duct tape get on her mouth and nose and how did Kronk get her.
