The huge gaping hole in Bozo's argument is WHY George would bother hiding the body and try to throw Casey under the bus if it was an accident. Either he was trying to help or he was trying to set her up. They can't have it both ways, so it makes no sense.

In Session is oooohing and ahhhhing over Baez's performance, I feel physically ill.  My husband who keeps saying this could be a hung jury, has been shushed so many times, he finally went to another room.

Caylee's little voice won't be denied, don't lose hope monkeys, this is going to be a long trial.........there is so much evidence that can't be explained away.   

My boyfriend works for the Sheriff's Dept. and has not been following this case...since the trial is on our local news I made him watch, he just called me and said Baez is going to get a hung jury...UGHHHH...I hung up on him!

Plant growth proves Caylee was in those woods for months, flooding prevented her being found
Doesnt explain how Kronk would have gotten into Casey's locked trunk
Cindy's argument with Casey over stealing from her grandparents Father's day evening, the night before Caylee's murder....on and on

While Insessions & HLN hails Bozo as "seasoned" due to his opening, I say it was an act of desperation & shows the depth of evil & disregard their client actually has toward humanity, especially Caylee.

Casey also gave a good "crazy" impression...bugging her eyes out other facial spasms for a minute there.  GMAFB!  Fake...fake...fake!

I didn't see anything impressive about that defense, it's desperate and crazy IMO.  They'll tell how Caylee supposedly died but won't say what they did with her body?  Are willing to say Kronk stole the remains, but not WHERE or HOW HE KNEW where to find her?

They didn't care enough about Caylee to call 911 when they found her in the pool?????

I could see a jury buying that casey was trained to lie if she had been sexually abused but Casey showed NO sorrow for her dead daughter.  Her behavior was more of a celebration than that someone who had held her dead daughter in her arms hours and days before.  It may explain her lying but it doesn't explain her lack of emotion, LOVE and remorse for her dead daughter.

I can see argument for a "sex abuse survivor" taking out their abuser... but that's not what this case is about.  What Baez has done IMO is to shift the focus entirely from Caylee herself back to the dysfunction in the A family, which did not by itself, result in the death of Caylee.  The state will now need to swing that focus back where it belongs.
