Brilliant? That is defiantly one word i would never use in the same sentence with Baez. The moron could not figure out that his cross examination was limited to time and scope because of the questions the prosecution asked. That is why the State kept objecting and Judge Perry kept sustaining the objection. Finally they had to do a side bar and swat Baez upside his head.
