I am thinking the defense needs more investigative money to check out the jury. See what they can dig up on them. They seem to have checked out everyone else, down one side and up the other trying to "hit the lottery".

At this point I am very glad that bozo has no experience. He did not look good today and it can only get worse for him. When casey gets convicted he better watch out because what lawyer has their client in their office for day after day, hours at a time. Something is just not right about that. Maybe it will be his turn to get run over by the bus and maybe even be disbarred.

The crazy thing is, IIRC, the abuse stories she told the boy toys were only about Lee, not GA. The only time we heard about GA was in the jail letters which were not real memories per casey but dreams and when she woke up her stomach ached...or some such horsechit.  Funny how those painful memories didn't surface until Baez was onboard and headed down the home stretch in a loser case. IMO, his dirty tactics are all over this entire defense "story".

Again, -- I'm being serious. I don't think Casey will ever die from lethal injection. It will be due to the fact that she had "ineffctive counsel". Maybe Baez is doing her a favor after all.

Good evening Monkeys,

I believe Cindy and George were devoted to Caylee.  I think she was Cindy's life.  I can't explain why Cindy chose to lie for Casey who murdered beautiful Caylee.  But she has a chance to redeem herself when she testifies. I hope she seizes that opportunity and makes herself a whole person again.  One who can proudly say that when she finally chose which path she had to take, once and for all, she chose the right one.  She chose to do something good for Caylee.  That she lost her way for a while, but in the end, she did the last thing she could do for Caylee.  She told the truth.

Sorry Caylee, the jury took your day away.

I think George handled that first session fairly well.

The weakest area would have been the duct tape on the gas can. GA at one time denied putting it on. Cindy said he put it on. Every time Baez brought up duct tape with the gas can, Ashton objected and was sustained. GA was saved. For now at least.

I didn't get and still don't get what Bozo thought was so important about who put the duct tape on the gas can?  So what, someobdy in that house put duct tape on the gas can, the same duct tape that was on Caylee's face.  Why does it matter who put it there?  I bet there are lots of things in their house with that duct tape on it.

Eyes for Lies is interesting. She reads micro-expressions(similar to the show Lie to Me) to read people for deception. Far more accurate than just body language- as these can not be faked. They are very hard to spot, but some people have a natural ability to do this.

Her take on George's testimony today was that he was truthful. You can read the details and more about her at the above link.

Baez was implying that George placed the duct tape on the gas can and deliberately brought the gas cans to the attention of the police with a burglary charge so he could eventually set up Casey as having used the same type of tape to place over Caylee's face. Same with the duct tape at the donation booth. He implied that George deliberately made sure that the duct tape was visible to the media that was there. All this to point the finger at Casey when Caylee's remains with the duct tape would eventually be discovered.

So stupid to me.  I know what he is implying, it just does not even register a blip on my true-o-meter.  So, according to them, was the duct tape on the cans while they were in her trunk, or did George put the duct tape on them after she threw the "f'ing" cans at him in June?  If they were on there while in the trunk, he did this before she stole them from his shed, but after Caylee died?  So ridiculous.

Starting at 13:37  watch the facial reaction of KC after Bobo tells the jury they are here on a 1st degree murder case  She has what appears to be this moment of..why a I here, this should not have gotten this far...then anger. Mumbles tells the underling on the other side to pass something, then says something to KC.  Her facials are very strange.  I also noticed that if you rewatch the videos they show the pictures we did not see this morning that the Jurors could see during the live steam.

Another thing that Baez might bring up is when Casey said in a jail house visit with the A's, "Don't worry, I didn't tell them anything." I remember we thought it suspicious at the time. But Casey knew from the get go that everything said was being recorded. She even told GA and CA that but they mistakenly contradicted her. She pretended to believe them, but this chick knew which end was up.
I think a lot of her comments, both in the visits and letters to Robyn, were put out there deliberately to get into evidence eventually.

Maybe it will be his turn to get run over by the bus and maybe even be disbarred.
omg that is what I was thinking today... it is going to come back and bite him in the ass.... and get disbarred for it yessssssss............ yes to everything u said???

Oh my, his glorious reputation will be sullied!!!  And he will be crucified because the ones that will always believe casey was a sexual abuse victim will be sure to understand that he abused his position of authority as her atty to exploit and prey on a damaged person. Someone should tell Baez that you can't get pregnant from oral sex

Priceless.... Monkey Devil!

Leave it to Jose Baez to make taling about "penis" and "oral sex" as not an off thread topic. Thanks Jose, you idiot.

Ya know , so many were tooting his horn for being so brilliant, and I thought he sounded like a total idiot......

Brilliant?!?! Did they quit listening right after he thanked the jurors for their service? The more Baez talked the more pathetic and unbelievable everything he said became.
Considering his client is an adult who was living with her parents, I think he spent too much time stressing the no job, but due to years of abuse still pretended to work, day after day, point. Don't most adult kids, out of high school/college, still living with their parents normally have some sort of living agreement. One that usually includes things like "we'll help you out as long as..."..."you're in school"..."you're employed" etc That said probably every single juror there has at least heard of, if not lived a similar *no job= no free ride* story, that involved going through the motions for reasons other than a sex abuse has forced me into living a lie, or whatever Baez's pathetic, overkill, blah-blah-blah attempt was.
If the prosecution clarifies that George and Cindy's "help" was under similar, innocent conditions including Casey being employed, then Baez may just have lost all credibility with most, if not all of the jurors.
