I am thinking the defense needs more investigative money to check out the jury. See what they can dig up on them. They seem to have checked out everyone else, down one side and up the other trying to "hit the lottery".

At this point I am very glad that bozo has no experience. He did not look good today and it can only get worse for him. When casey gets convicted he better watch out because what lawyer has their client in their office for day after day, hours at a time. Something is just not right about that. Maybe it will be his turn to get run over by the bus and maybe even be disbarred.

omg that is what I was thinking today... it is going to come back and bite him in the ass.... and get disbarred for it yessssssss............ yes to everything u said???

Oh my, his glorious reputation will be sullied!!!  And he will be crucified because the ones that will always believe casey was a sexual abuse victim will be sure to understand that he abused his position of authority as her atty to exploit and prey on a damaged person. You're so right..."something is just not right about that".  LOL, wasn't that his catch phrase today?

SORRY i GOT IN YOUR QUOTE

Girl, you know I've been in so many quotes in my time that it doesn't even faze me...I just start looking in the quote looking for the new comment

Again, -- I'm being serious. I don't think Casey will ever die from lethal injection. It will be due to the fact that she had "ineffctive counsel". Maybe Baez is doing her a favor after all.

I have been saying much the same to my co-workers and they think I am stooopid!!!!

Come on................... no matter how bad a upbringing you had (including sexual abuse, torture, waterboarding etc.) you have no excuse to murder your own child or even covering up for an accident, the abuser, or your own shortcomings. I just don't get where the Defense is trying to go. It's just frickin' nuts.

Remember when George said he would do anything to help Casey even lie on the stand? My thoughts on that is he kind of made a deal with bozo that he would help them create doubt. Then they wanted to keep Cindy and George out of the court room for the trail and when that didn't work I think the defense was holding their breath that George would just fall in line and help them out. To me when George got on the stand today Casey looked totally in shock that George denied everything. Then her expressions turned to being pissed. They are playing a very dangerous game here and I really hope it all blows up in their faces. I just worry who else they are going to try to tarnish and how many lives will be destroyed before this is over.

Linda and Jeff rocked today!

I think the jury will have two ways to look at this.
1.  A concise, organized timeline showing all of those 31 days and pointing to one individual lying, partying, stealing, hiding, and killing...KC.

or

2.  A disconnected, convoluted tail where everyone lies, a baby dies, and imaginary people are real.  But none of it was KC's fault.

I think George handled that first session fairly well.

The weakest area would have been the duct tape on the gas can. GA at one time denied putting it on. Cindy said he put it on. Every time Baez brought up duct tape with the gas can, Ashton objected and was sustained. GA was saved. For now at least.

I didn't get and still don't get what Bozo thought was so important about who put the duct tape on the gas can?  So what, someobdy in that house put duct tape on the gas can, the same duct tape that was on Caylee's face.  Why does it matter who put it there?  I bet there are lots of things in their house with that duct tape on it.

I agree, doesn't make any difference who put the duck tape on the gas can.
What's your thinking, if there's a problem with that.

Do you think this is why they dropped the docs a few weeks ago?  Maybe the docs weren't willing to go along with this defense.  I really think that the pros will be ready to shoot holes in this swiss cheese defense.

So, another 2yo drowned in the pool, but she was actually brought to the hospital.  This is how people who have horrible accidents behave.

2-Year-Old Girl Dies After Climbing Into Pool
Posted: 11:45 am EDT May 24, 2011

CRYSTAL RIVER, Fla. -- Authorities say a 2-year-old north Florida girl who fell into her family's above-ground pool has died.

The Citrus County Sheriff's Office said Kimberly Nelson died Tuesday morning at a St. Petersburg hospital. She was taken there after being found in the pool Sunday afternoon in Crystal River.

The sheriff's office said family members were inside when Kimberly slipped outside, climbed the ladder and fell into the pool at around 5 p.m. Sunday.

UGH! That mournful long face KC is putting on is sooooooo fake.

I couldn't get past her eyebrows or lack of. Is she pulling them out, use to draw them on when she went clubbing, what? The quarter inch fuzz above a small portion of each eye was distracting and made her look especially hard and mean.

I think Bozo is trying to say that George put it on the gas can to frame KC, and then he used the same duct tape to wrap Caylee's face with, to frame KC.  I wonder if George put the sticker there too.  I need an eye rolling emoticon.  Must go find one.

I don't know where you're getting the info that Roy Kronk is not on the witness list.
He absolutely is a witness as he found Caylee's remains.

I didn't look all the way through the list as my eyes are too tired, but it really does not matter if he is listed on the state's list or not - the state gets a shot at him if the defense has him listed.

I don't know why they dropped out, but somebody is going to have to talk about thsi so-called abuse, and if they have no doc's who examined her, I bet she will have to take the stand.  The state will rip her a new one, fo'sho.

Of course they will! Like I said earlier -- the Defense team is doing Casey no favors.

Start watching at 17:23 and you'll see KC nod yes as Linda states that the placement of the 3 pieces of tape was done to end Caylee's life.

WOW, you're right.  I'll capture just that section after the Pretzer show.  Good catch!

Casey's forehead looks like it is going to explode...check it out dead center she's so filled with anger & hate her head is swelling   You cant make this $h!t up!

Oh good grief - Dr. Drew is basically saying someone with a law enforcement background would KNOW to cover a drowning victims mouth after death in order to keep the "fluids" from escaping (after death).  He's basically saying George put the tape on Casey's mouth!  Unbelievable!!!
