Casey is shaking her head no at facts, but I noticed George nod his head yes when LDB was talking about George driving the car.  There may be hope for him yet.   Now Casey looks like a zombie, she's zoning or.......... realizing with LDB's wonderful story of Casey's actions, she IS toast.

Don't think they can tell about those crimes in this phase. But in the penalty phase they can.......I could be wrong

morning monks i see were all signed into and watching the trial. i just love the way the case is being laid out. this is definitly going to affect those jurers. My favorite line and the pauses that go with it is  "AND WHERE IS CAYLE"  sl -------- back to watching

I believe the check fraud etc falls under "prior bad deeds" and the state is not allowed to introduce it. IMO they don't even need to. Casey is FRIED.

Isn't that one of the mitigating factors Ann Finnell mentioned during jury selection? (Multiple personality disorder?)
