Every time Linda said, "Where is Caylee?",  it reminded me of when I first started posting and before Caylee was found.  Everyone was asking, where is Caylee?  This monkey is just sitting here crying and thinking of what might have been.

Love the way Linda is laying everything out (where everyone was, what was said by who and when, what each person did).  Line upon line, precept upon precept.  So glad State is first batter up.  Linda's keeping it simple, logical.  Love the "Where's Caylee?".

On trutv they are talking about the state painting Cindy as a Saint.  That is really funny cause that will drive Casey nuts!!! Also, it preempts the defenses argument that they were abusers.

yep and mentioning GA's work schedule at every chance she got -- and calling him "JoJo"
The first time she used that nic the camera was on G and I really thought he was going to cry.  I think he and C must be medicated to be able to be as reserved as they are.  Never thought they'd last this long.

Sorry Caylee, the jury took your day away.

I believe the check fraud etc falls under "prior bad deeds" and the state is not allowed to introduce it. IMO they don't even need to. Casey is FRIED.

I know they don't need it, but it sounds so innoncent, KC was writing a check.  She had no job, where was the money coming from?  Grrrrr.

does anyone think G&C will split after the trial?

Yes, preferrably in separate cells.
I wish! I'm surprised they aren't even tearing up.  Is GA on sedatives?  I can't see much of CA.  Where are ICA's eyebrows?

Red, I am always amazed at how many facts they get wrong and this is what they do for a living?  Almost any monkey could do a better job.

No wonder Casey hates her mother- Cindy continued to badger her of Caylee's whereabouts.

Up to this point, the state is presenting George and Cindy in a good light.

Maybe I am misunderstanding yuor post, but Cindy had every right to badger her of Caylee's whereabouts. IMO.

Yes, you're misunderstanding.

Cindy did have every right is absolutely correct.

I was being sarcastic from Casey's viewpoint.

Oh okay, phew, I was hoping I misunderstood.  Sorry!!

No problem, you're so silly!

I was wondering that as well.  Maybe she pulled them out last night.

It's outrageous that Casey cares more about whether or not her mascara is running, her clothes, what her tears and used tissue look like, than she cared about Caylee.  http://www.wftv.com/caseytriallive2/index.html  She spends more time looking at those than she spent caring/ "looking" for Caylee.

I really hope that Linda can set the tone again when the jury comes back.  She's going to have to recap the 30? days that she's already outlined to give the jury the feel of just how long Caylee was missing.  IMO, that was not a good place for a break and some planning should've been made by the judge as to where to break during openings.  But the defense won't get interrupted like this.

If Baez says this was an accident I hope the state can sue Baez for dragging it out this long and costing the state thousands.
