Baez isn't looking too good.  He looks unsure, uncertain= tight smiles (doesn't reach his eyes)

Bozo stands there smiling, waiting for the jury. He looked like a groom at the altar. They are all inappropriate

Yikes, a nice grasp of the case. That comment deserves a monkey eek ...

Red, I am always amazed at how many facts they get wrong and this is what they do for a living?  Almost any monkey could do a better job.

Notice the immediate different demeanor Casey is displaying now outside the presence of the jury

I have to say, this girl is visually disassociative.

She reminds me of Sally Field in Sybil.  I saw that movie when I was a kid and I slept under my parents bed for a month.

Isn't that one of the mitigating factors Ann Finnell mentioned during jury selection? (Multiple personality disorder?)

Everyone dissociates to a certain degree, depending on what is going on in their life.  George is in the back doing the very same thing, he zoned out.  Just because Casey dissociates does not prove that she has MPD.  It is one symptom of that, yes.  But not the definitive factor.

On trutv they are talking about the state painting Cindy as a Saint.  That is really funny cause that will drive Casey nuts!!! Also, it preempts the defenses argument that they were abusers.

You said it much nicer than I did...lol

JP said they are taking a lunch break at noon regardless of where anyone is at with their statements.  Bobo yapped something back.  JP asked "for how long"?  Has Bobo already set up a interview at lunch break?

No wonder Casey hates her mother- Cindy continued to badger her of Caylee's whereabouts.

Up to this point, the state is presenting George and Cindy in a good light.

Maybe I am misunderstanding yuor post, but Cindy had every right to badger her of Caylee's whereabouts. IMO.

ITA ZOO..Cindy had every right to try to find Caylee ..she was frantic..Caylee had never been away from home for more then a day..not a single night.
Cindy is not the bad guy here..she did not murder Caylee..she loved her..and that pizzed Casey off.  Just like it pizzed Casey off when Jesse loved Caylee too.

These faces Casey is making are not helping her ..she looks mad and defiant..there are no tears just defiance.  The woman still does not get it.

THE SMELL OF DEATH

George Anthony is a former cop and ... Cindy is a nurse.  Logic dictates that they both knew from the getgo that their deceased granddaughter had been in that trunk.

Caylee Anthony's Grandfather Worried About Death Smell in Daughter's Trunk
Thursday, November 06, 2008

Newly-released documents reveal that the grandfather of a missing Florida toddler worried about the smell of death he detected coming from his daughter's car trunk.

<snipped>

“I had bad vibes the very first day when I got that car," the little girl's grandfather George Anthony told investigators on July 24, adding: "I don’t want to believe that I have, have raised someone, and brought someone in this world that could do something to another person. I don’t want to believe that."

The former cop told police that he was concerned about a familiar odor wafting from the trunk of his daughter's Pontiac Sunfire. As a former investigator, he said, he recognized the smell of death.

George Anthony's wife Cindy, who told the media the smell was that of decomposing pizza, noticed the odor in their daughter's car too, he said in interviews with detectives.

"After we pulled inside the garage ... her exact words were, ‘Jesus Christ what died?’" George Anthony told police. "That’s exactly what she said. But then she said it in a way, she says, ‘George, it was the pizza right?’ And I said, 'Yeah, it was the pizza.’

"And that’s what I left it go at that, but, I’m sitting here as the grandfather, as the father, as George Anthony and as a guy who smelled the smell before years ago, and you just never forget it. I even stuck my nose down on it and I’m, I’m concerned."

911 Call: "Smells Like There's Been A Dead Body In The Damn Car
Posted: 6:42 pm EDT July 24, 2008
Updated: 12:08 pm EDT July 25, 2008

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The web of misinformation and contradictory statements in the case of missing 2-year-old Caylee Anthony has centered on the child's grandmother after the release of 911 tapes.

Investigators released two 911 calls Thursday that were made by the grandmother of missing toddler Caylee Anthony. She sounds frantic in the calls that were made the night of July 15.

<snipped>

On the second call Cynthia says, "I found out my granddaughter has been taken, she has been missing. My daughter finally admitted that she's been missing. ... My daughter finally admitted that the babysitter stole her. I need to find her."

"There's something wrong," Cynthia continues to tell the dispatcher in the second call. "I found my daughter's car today and it smells like there's been a dead body in the damn car."

Linda sounds very strong, loud, authoritative. Not like before the break where she sounded softer.  I like this.

Yes, it is, however, there is zero evidence in her background and she is not mounting a mental defense so the State will object to it's introduction at trial as she has never been diagnosed.
