3 minutes to explain the murder of a precious child and the almost 3 years in between.  Good luck, Baez, your gonna need it.

In Session is saying that Casey is directly across from the jury and the head shaking and nodding is going to go over very badly.  They said the defense needs to tell her to be still.  I don't think she can, nothing about Caylee bothers her but she can't stand to have anyone tie her to a lie.  It has worked for her all of her life, how dare anyone question her lies.  She doesn't want her lies doubted, she worked very hard on them and they make so much sense to her.  The jury must already be in a state of shock.

That maybe true for live network coverage on TV but why can't they stream it?  We should be able to see everything, I wanted to see Caylee's pictures over and over again.  I wonder if we will ever be able to see what the jury saw?

WFTV keeps rewinding the Rosebud's coming out of the court room. Cindy is holding the bear and either a picture frame or hard cover book, Geo has a file folder full of papers.

Well, I know she borrowed a shovel, but why google shovel?  Yes, a shovel digs, but what other info could she have been trying to learn about shovels?  If her searches had been say "bury body with shovel" or "how to use a shovel to move a body" I would understand, but what did she learn when she googled shovel?  It makes no sense to me.  Was she trying to find out what they are made of?

wasn't there a stipulation a while back that the remains or autopsy pics would never be seen by public?

I never heard about the new picture the defense filed last minute yesterday. I wonder if they are going to use any of those in their OS.
