Can’t wait to see the “big guns” the SA is going to bring out!!

I believe the State is going to lay it out so vividly that when the defense gets up to claim their "blockbuster 3 min explanation" opening it will sound even more ridiculous than I anticipate...Bozo might as well rip the script now.  All this talk about possibly claiming NOW after 3 years that it was an accident is even more absurd, I would hope that the jury will realize immediately that if it was an "accident" then skank would have begged for a plea bargain long ago.   The only other thing I can think of that the defense would do is "some other dude" did it - any dude will do.

Not sure, I would think the State will call LE first to lay out the initial calls or it could be her since she called 911, three times.

my understanding is that they are allowed to be in court the entire time...witness or not..

The news this morning said they would have 1 1/2 to 2 hours each.  Not sure if that is just a guideline.
