After the shock value wears off and the jury learns who Casey is, they see this defense is consistent with who she is.  EVEN if she as molested, that isn't a defense to killing your child.

The chloroform found in Casey's car trunk does not measure what would be found in a drowning, in fact the measurement was off the charts.

JB admitted KC was a liar, she grew learning how to lie. So, why would he "believe" what is he's telling the jury, being KC would have had to tell him all this??
