Bozo was unprepared as usual. WKMG is going to be giving an analysis of today for the next hour. Mark Nejame is giving some good perspective. They are saying Bozo bombed with George. Ya think? 
Wait until the Rosebuds have some time tonight to digest this and finally get angry with KC.. it will be good!!

WKMG is doing some good coverage with Nejames helping.  He was saying how unprepared Baez was and that you don't ask those questions unless you know the answers. Love it!

After the opening Defense Statement -- George COULD have taken the 5th Amendment and refused to say anything that may "incriminate" himself. I think I saw that he may have consulted with his own attorney a few times before answering questions -- (perfectly fine and Judge Perry told the jurors that as well). I think George is cooperating with the State the best he can. -JMO

I saw that, but I also saw no eye contact, no rubbing his shoulder telling him " good job", I dunno, but I don't think Cindy is on the same page as GA....I think it's going to be a long ride home for GA...

I think they are trying to be on their best behavior for court..they know they are not supposed to touch each other etc..

Cindy has turned a corner too..Mark my words she is not putting up with hearing this crap about George, Lee, herself and the whole family.  They did everything they possibly could for that b!tch..and this how they repay them..murder their Grandchild Caylee and then sprew this chit to blame it on them ..ain't no way Cindy is going under that bus now..no way ..no how.

Well, if you think about this an accident in the pool is highly unlikely that morning because as it is being testified to George was up with Caylee & Casey got up later proceeding to get ready to fake another day at work.  Neither of them took Caylee swimming & its extremely doubtful that Caylee left the house to climb the ladder herself - especially since Cindy was previously always a stickler about putting the ladder away.

Also, the Anthonys did not use chlorine in their pool so it wouldnt explain the trunk evidence.

I wish George had been a bit more stand up a few years ago. I have to wonder if he did this for Caylee or to defend himself from being portrayed as a molester. I never thought he did anything to KC.. but he wasn't forthright for Caylee all this time either

George's GJ testimony did bring an indictment...G is between a rock and a hard place, a role he's probably played most of his married life. JMO

That's very true.  George has allowed himself to be in the grip of Cindy this whole time, and seems not to have wanted to rock that boat either.  Today he took a stand for himself for a change, and in doing so, stood for Caylee.  I'd love to be a fly on the wall in the A's home tonight. 

Have no clue what we'll hear from Cindy.  Have read from others that they think this whole trademark thing was more about being strike from Cindy to Casey, than it ever was about money.  And if that's the case, am thinking the ball is back in Casey's court, and I wonder how she will strike back at Cindy?  I have no doubt there will be something personal toward Cindy herself, just as there was today toward George.  Wouldn't surprise me at all if Casey doesn't accuse Cindy of sexual abuse as well.  That has happened in some homes.  Question is... what else might Casey have, to hurt Cindy with?

Color me dumb!  I did not realize until today the both prosecution and defense must share the content of their opening statements with each other before trail.

I also think the Ants were told by the state to show as little emotion as possible -- despite the most vile accusations imaginable being thrown out. George was acting like he KNEW these tactics by the Defense were coming. When he was shown during this, he was "nodding". I think he may have been "nodding" that he knew this was coming --NOT that he agreed with the allegations.
