This stalling tactic of Bozo's is getting downright old. He is never prepared. Who in this day and time keeps a paper file on witnesses when it would be so simple to have it right at his fingertips.

How tough coud it be to guesstimate what the order of witnesses will be by the state's timeline and have at least 30 files rolled in ?? The douchery continues.

He has to pull his witness files. He had asked the State to tell them in advance who they were going to call. State said no way.  Now we get to hear Baez whine about it. Now CJBP has asked the State to give a list of 40 names so they (DT) can be ready with those.

I don't think he should punish the state and jury for him not having files in order (hint, electronically and alphabetically).  I would suggest allowing the defense their lunch time and weekends to get their stuff in order.

In regard to the theory that George is going to take the rap and that the state and the duffense coached him, I don't get that.

I would think, for him to take the rap, he would have to admit to molestation and helping to hide Caylee's body.  I don't see that at all. 

And why would the state coach George on how to effectively take the rap?  It does not make sense.

He didn't do this.  She did this.  Nobody but the skenky hoebag.  IMO.

But, it is a truly different opinion and as valuable as mine, IMO.  I just hope none of the jurors think that way.

Good morning! I heard on our local news Cindy will be the next to testify...glad IM on vacation this week, I couldn't sleep last night thinking about Baez and his lies.....

I prayed all night that this woman would come to terms with reality & finally say enough is enough.

I do believe they are trying to portray Casey as innocent child abuse sufferer with all the tacky ruffles, again taking the focus off the real victim, Caylee.  Her blouse, part of the "murdering whore collection", I'm sure will be sold on ebay at some point.
